Ordered an 8 piece family dinner.
Got it home....burnt. TOOK IT BACK...REPLACED....GOT IT HOME....BURNT.....CALLED THE STORE...they should change their oil....not going back a third time!

Of all the Stater Brothers I have been to, this is the cleanest one thus far and I visited to at least 10 locations. When I first moved to the Ranch, I wanted to make sure there was a supermarket close by in the community. Back in 2019, I met the store manager, who was well into 25 years plus with Staters. He greeted everyone who walked thru those doors. He knew just about everyone who came thru that store. Very friendly and gave the big store community service vibe. The produce are always fresh and so were the meats and cuts.I must say that I can depend on this location to provide the best service every day.

Store is great. Everyone is nice and courteous except this slim tall older white man with glasses in the meat dept. I have encountered a couple of times at night. I shop for myself and Instacart orders. The first time I had to get a meat order for a customer around 8 PM and I saw the tray of meat I needed was empty. I asked if he had anymore in the back and he said rudely he was not going to get anymore out 'till tomorrow. Today I was doing another Instacart order at night and the customer requested for 3.25 lbs of shrimp. He told me, "I will do 3.5 lbs, I will do what I can". Then asked me again how much I needed and I said, 3.25 lbs, and he laughed and mocked "3.25 lbs 3.25 lbs people sound like robots people have no common sense". I said, "that is what the customer is requesting" and he laughed it out.

This store is great. Very friendly staff and everything is well kept and easy to find. Definitely recommend them over all the other stores in the area!!!

What's up with the security now? Brenda was always so great and cheerful now they have a this new guy who just stands around on his phone the whole day, could at least say hello while doing it! He's getting paid for nothing! Absolutely ridiculous!!

The employees at this staters are genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met, they make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the reasons why I only shop at stater bros !

Okay, this review is years in the making. I even talked to the manager last week and am just now getting to this review. Don't worry, it's a good review. Stater Brother's supermarket in Highland, CA on Greenspot Road is where I'm talking about, and especially about the wonderful lady in the service deli named Crystal. She helped me for a lunch I was participating in, potluck-style, and I pulled off a masterpiece. Crystal is my hero. I don't go into the store that much since I'm traveling a different route now, but everytime I go there and see her, I get a smile from her. She was SO helpful, and made ME look good that day. So kudos to you, Crystal, and here it is in writing, finally.
