“You can always count on this location!The U-Haul app sucks and left me hanging without a truck at a 24/7 location because the "app only" rental wouldn't work correctly including an hour on the phone and never got a hold of a human being.”

“Had an issue pulling into the space I was originally assigned. The neighboring RV was encroaching my space. I called into another facility, as the highland facility was technically closed for business. The gentleman who answered the phone took care of the issue very quickly by assigning me to another space. He was very professional and understanding.”
