This location is a terrible, 2650 Highland Ave, entry and exit gate broken, trash everywhere, two dumpsters overflowing with a stack of mattress outside along with some guy who looked like he lived there with all his items piled in the isle to drive through. The worst part is when I opened my unit two mice ran past me, not to mention the droppings everywhere. I took everything I had in the unit to the dump. If that's not enough they have the nerve to raise the rent. There is no way that site is being cleaned daily.

Best customer service in a storage facility. It is always fun to talk to Oldman! If you come and rent a unit make sure he is the one that serves you.

I recently enjoyed using SecurCare Self Storage in Highland, CA, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is well-maintained and secure, with a friendly staff that always goes above and beyond to help me. They have great prices for their storage units too! I highly recommend this storage facility if you're looking for a reliable place to store your belongings.

The staff were understanding and kind but the elevator was broken and it was so hot carrying a whole unit down stairs for 2 days straight. Omg however, the employees are cool as long as you are respectful and communicative.
