“Good morning. Was at this post office On January 30 I was dropping of a letter and decided to purchase stamps. A female (Anglo) was on duty. I don't know if it was done intentional. But this postal employee was tossing first my stamps on the counter that almost fell over then my receipt. Tossed on the counter. I had to ask her to take my letter otherwise she would have not. Can the postal department please give service training to employees such as the one on duty this morning. Thank you”
“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”
“Nice little location. Parking can be tough. Traffic during school pick ups and drop offs can take a while. Really nice staff! It's my home PO so I may be bias :D”
“Normally i have had nothing but bad experiences with USPS whilst traveling the country but this branch has changed my opinion. Usually i find the clerks want nothing to do with people and strive to do almost as little as possible. I was helped today by Ken and he went above and beyond to try and help me out anyway he could. I also appreciate the lovely personal decor of Valentine's items around the building. It takes some initiative to make a place look welcoming and friendly. “A Historic Site (built in 1930 and restored in 1993) in San Bernardino. This is the nearest Post Office from our workplace. We come to this place to send certified mails. Products like Stamps, Shipping Supplies, Gift Cards, Collectibles, Business Supplies, Cards, and Envelopes are available here. The people who work here are nice and cooperative. So far, we have no issues/complaints about their service.”

“I went in at least 4 times with admittedly some pretty d*** questions, as someone who is new to using PO Boxes and mail forwarding. I never had to wait in line for help, and if I did, it was no longer than 3-5 minutes. The woman working there was so kind and patient, and took her time to help me figure out how to set up the new mailing address online and went over everything I asked.”

“Had a package from China incorrectly get routed to Loma Linda, which is 75 miles away from me. The Chinese retailer that shipped the package labeled it with two different addresses (WHAT THE HECK?). I called the Loma Linda USPS and luckily I got Christine, who was amazing helpful, patient, and professional. Not only did she locate my package, but arranged for it to be delivered to the CORRECT address. Thank you, Christine and the Loma Linda postmaster!”
“I had just bought a house in Lake Arrowhead and was a little nervous on how to do things such as getting a mail box. I wish I could remember her name but she was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure I got a box that was easy for me to reach since I am a little older then most?”

“It has it good sides and bad. But I've been here in Crestline since 1995 and seen many changes in this sleepy town. I've always loved it. But here we are in 2023 and this town has changed in so many ways. So I don't feel as good as I used to. But now for the post office, well one of things that have happened is we lost the best lady that worked there for over 25 years and here name was Diane. But I believe the reason the changes hours is because of all the new people that have moved up here.”

“I regularly have to go to this post office and I've never had a problem with any of its employees. Let me say that every employee every visit has been very nice and helpful. Only bad thing I can say is, they need a couple more employees. The lines are usually very long.”

“I don’t understand the negative reviews from the worker meeling. I went here to get a passport, and I even arrived a few minutes late. Meeling was fast and efficient. She was not rude she was professional and made a few jokes. She helped me fill out areas in the application that was missing. I didn’t bring a money order because I was confused about payment, I fully expected to be turned down for not having payment, being late, or not filling out the application properly, I was surprised meeling was so helpful.”
