Terrible service. Checked online found they had 53 of what I was looking for. Went to the aisle and bay.....nothing. Only saw 2 employees in the entire store as I walked it from one end to the other.Asked a cashier ( the only one) and was told the location is out in garden. Went there, nothing!Back to returns desk waited in-line to be told if it's not there then we are "probably out". I showed her my phone showing 53 bags available....after pausing she said (they must be up top, if they are there) but there's no one available to get them. It was 5:10pm on a Thursday.The managers of this store should all be booted as this is becoming the norm here.I'm driving farther to a home depot and lowes as this store is the worst.

So first off, I am very disappointed and feel very disrespected on how I was treated with one of the employees. Her attitude was not it she was making faces as I was asking her for help, to look for a specific part that I needed as I was telling her she kept rolling her eyes over and over. She seemed annoyed with what I was asking her for help for that specific part I was looking for. I saw her badge. Her name is Rustina. I will be contacting corporate. As I went to ask for someone else to help me she kept walking look mad and I know she was mad because I asked for somebody else to help me so in that part, I already contacted corporate. An employee like her shouldn't be working there with that type of attitude.

I was waiting for the pick up for more than 30 mins while 3 Hispanic female employees stood together, chatting, and giggling. After 3rd reminders, I was able to get their attention to get the items. I have been shopping at Lowe for more than 15 plus years, their customer services are noticed getting worse and worse.

Like this Lowe's location ; a rerun item was done easily. Went to store mostly at night and staff was helpful. Found what I needed; fall products are out on the floor and summer clearance are showing on shelves. Overall, you can find good values.

No one cares. They asked for someone at the lumber section to cut. Everyone ignores it. Lowes is caring less and less about their customers.

Nonexistent customer service. Ordered 2 fern plants online for my wife. Plants arrived 4 days late. Didn't need them anymore. Tried repeatedly to call the customer service number. Each time the wait was almost an hour long, with no one answering. Called the Highland store. Same result. On hold, with no one even attempting to resolve the issue. Amazing part is I kept hearing the phone clicking on and off, which means the girl who answered the phone knew I was still holding, yet made no effort to even suggest "looks like everyone is busy. Can I get your number, so I can have a manager call you back?" Nope. Still can't believe this is Lowe's. Sticking with Home Depot.

Great store, we love their convenient minute key machine. Lines go pretty quickly, several self check out registers. Ample parking, lots of sales, very big store, always fully stocked and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our local go to hardware store.

If I can give a -5 stars I would , but on man oh man , one hour in the store running like chicken with broken neck , No one to find to help , no one asking you if you need help and if you see the lows employer walking towards you they will change direction, I just need it a simple item and no one can help , I counted maybe 6 employees at the whole store not including the cashier who I think she only knows how to smile, I'm done with this store I'm never going back there , drove down to Home Depot down on Laguna and it was 5 minutes in & out
