I was waiting for the pick up for more than 30 mins while 3 Hispanic female employees stood together, chatting, and giggling. After 3rd reminders, I was able to get their attention to get the items. I have been shopping at Lowe for more than 15 plus years, their customer services are noticed getting worse and worse.

Like this Lowe's location ; a rerun item was done easily. Went to store mostly at night and staff was helpful. Found what I needed; fall products are out on the floor and summer clearance are showing on shelves. Overall, you can find good values.
