If you just need to crash after loosing your money at the Casino it's an ok spot. Not updated since the Bush administration so don't expect more than hot water and a bed. No wifi either. But the staff is nice and then are no bugs!

Terrible places to stay. Bad reception and the room is dirty and it smells, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The tub and toilet are dirty and walls with graffiti and you can tell where it’s been cleaned by the marks on the walls two different colors where it’s been wiped down. Tiny holes on the walls and like a few punches too, with dirty lines and spots on walls, The curtains are falling. I wish I can post the pictures to show you. Don’t recommend this place.

I stayed at that motel because I had no choice I was waiting for my apartment stayed there for 9 weeks and I could tell you definitely very poor in regards to the cleaning ladies they think they have the right to come into our rooms at any time five occasions they came in without knocking opening the door while I was in there sleeping with my wife when I complained about it they said they have the right to where's my right of privacy if my do not disturb sign is at the door very rude ladies no common sense disrespectful for coming into my room I even recorded them they knocked one time 5 seconds they were in the door absolutely not acceptable

I thought this was troubled spot...but to my surprise it was clean, quiet, only problem NO INTERNET..for that reason I 5 and not a ten...charge for it but don't claim you have wifi knowing it's not working

You paying so much money for a room that only has one lamp it looks like is still being refurbished patches on the walls big gap under the door so anything can crawl in dressers do not have handles a real dirty the microwave didn't work my wife wants to take a bath the landlord tortoise don't run the water too long it will flood the downstairs Curtis don't shut all the way plugs don't work plus don't work and have a really old tube TV that only get certain channels.. $ 140 isn't worth it

As I knew the room we're gonna be like that I wanna slept in my car but I needed the Wi-Fi is for work and they told me kick rocks but asked for my money back not even 20 minutes later they only gave me 70 bucks back call my hundred dollar a light charge which I wasn't too happy with that also please note that goes by two other different names as well if you write a review on one website is not going to show it on the other genius

This hotel is not closed it's changed its name doing business as Highland inn in highland Ca ,I stayed there on July 22, 2021 cause it was close to San Manuel Casino,the most horrible hotel that I have ever stayed in ,it's worst than motel 6 or Super 8,I ask to move cause they put me in the back and nothing worked ,so I was put in the front across from parking,this room was filthy,the carpet was black instead of burgundy,trails of black like muddy or oil traffic spots all threw the room,tv wasn't working so I called front desk,came on after,the linen smells,I notice red marks like blood or marker red stains on the pillow cases ,towels,rags,sheets,my pillow case smell like someone hair,the ceiling in bathroom look bad like someone tried to cover something up ,wholes,I stayed in 106, the refrigerator and microwave is in the bathroom in a coroner across from the toilet,this place should be reported to health department.I have some pictures,I was scared for my feet to touch the floor,I sprayed everything with Lysol for my safety,not worth the price $115.00 which you get deposit of$20.00 back,still not worth it,LaTanya

I've read some of the reviews and was confused because they were not that good but gave it a chance and I saw no roaches, no holes in walls or doors.rooms are very clean and freshly renovated.so those reviews are old news.plus the management catered to my every need.i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was friendly, the price was good and they have a good restaurant right next door. Also close to the San Manuel Casino.
