I usually do my own taxes (for the last 20 years) and I was lost this year with new forms so I decided to walk into the store. I was greated by Patty Davis with a smile and we sat down. She was very helpful, professional and great customer service. She helped me understand the new forms and explained everything to me.

I am a pregnant woman that is now under a lot of stress because of Anjan a tax “professional”. He rudely hung up on me after he wrongly input my information and because of that I’m getting my tax return rejected I attempted to ask him several times for a resolution to solve this problem and that is when he hung up I have never been treated so poorly and I will NEVER get my taxes done at an H&R Block again.If I could rate this negative stars I would because instead of helping he worsened my financial situation as a first time mother the money was intended to help my child!

This has been my nightmare. I gave my W-2's for 2020 in April. It was during Covid and we were all going through a lot. Whenever she was available I wasn't and when I was available she wasn't. I finally got together with her in Jan, 2022 and we sat down and did the taxes. She has some account with H+R Block that she wanted to use to pay for having my taxes done. The next day she texted me and asked me to call her. She told me, "There is an issue with your taxes can you come in?" At the time I was in Palm Springs and I lost all communication with her. I even told her, "My father passed away and I need this done so I can cremate him." She also knows I owe the IRS money which just keeps adding up. I tried calling Corporate to get the email of the office manager and was told they couldn't give me that information and someone would have to call me back. I've left messages on the office voicemail and no one has contacted me. I just want my W-2's back so I can go back to my tax person that I can trust to get the job done!

It was the communication and the extra pleasantry that Ms Patty Davis had. She made sure i undertood the parts that i had questions about. The cost was in reason, even though i had to pay. Customer service with a smile.

Patty was super patient with her time to do a perfect job on iur tax return. She was considerate of our time with a problem with our coupon not going through. She was professional and answered all our questions. I would return because of her good service.
