This place is awesome! Owner is knowledgeable,fair and kind. I went in to have my bracelet sized and have.a watch battery replaced on my watch. Service amazing and it was done right on the spot. I love coming here I always feel welcomed no matter how small or how big of purchase I make.

Arrogant. Self serving attitude. This is what I experienced at this location. I originally went in for the first time to have watch band adjusted. This was last Wednesday. She started her conversation by telling me how much experience she has and all of the connections she has established over the years. All is good. Nothing about me, or how I found their store. Then spent 15 minutes about what she disliked about everything else. Came back yesterday to purchase a ring for my wife. I only did this because she said that they have lowest prices, and quality jewelry. Dressed in button shirt and jeans. Didn’t even remember me. Her behavior was as if she didn’t want to do business with me. I told her it was good to see her again. No response. I left. Went to Redlands Diamond District. FANTASTIC!!! Friendly. So friendly. Purchased what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Will never go anywhere else. Maybe “Elise” should go as a shopper at redlands and take notes. Thank you for being rude. Gave my business to someone who appreciated my patronage. Wouldn’t have found them without you. Side note. Your displays look like a Walmart jeweler section.

The guy that is supposed to assist me in rude and told me that I have 4 months to know when it's renewable or picked up. How rude and disappointing to be in customer service.

100% Satisfied! I sent in 2 bracelets which have been broken for years. I just received them in the mail and they're like new! Excellent service all around! Will definitely use their services again.

Had my husband Casio GShock watch fixed it needed a new battery lady gave it bk to working yes but the calendar wasn't set I asked her to set it she says they don't do that. I paid $15 cash only she said Google it to set calendar. Be sure to ask what your paying for is fully covered.

I will never go anywhere else! I feel like family when I walk into highland jewelry mart. My boyfriend went in to get a customized name plate and she made sure he got the best of the best for me! I've had multiple rings cleaned and also resized. Always reasonable pricing and great customer service. The only jewelry store I recommend in highland!

My wife and I have been satisfied customers for many years of the Jewelry Mart. Okay My wife injured her right hand and couldn't wear her Wedding ring for over a but her husband adjusted it so it fit very nicely. We enjoy the friendship we've had over the years. We used to live in Highland and drive down from Lake Arrowhead to shop here. Thanks
