I happened to find this floral shop, while searching for flowers for my Moms service. Frank went above and beyond to make sure we had the same vision for the arrangements. He even came in on the weekend to accommodate our schedule. He did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

They are amazing. They did a cremation arrangement for my brother's memorial. It was gorgeous. The flowers were super high quality and it exceeded my expectations. They customized the colors for me and even delivered out of their area. Overall, highly recommend.

We were desperate for a last minute corsage and although we were grateful they accommodated our order. It was sad that my daughter got a terrible scratch on her wrist from the metal coming out. I wish they would have just said no instead of taking the order charging us so much and making it poorly.

George was so helpful! I originally ordered through FTD online on the eve of Easter. Things went askew with FTD- delivery was not made on Easter. I spoke directly with George the following week. He was very kind & arranged for a second bouquet to be created & delivered to the recipient at no cost to me. Outstanding customer service!

It's refreshing having a company actually care that their customers are happy and receive what they've paid for. There was a type-o on my online order yesterday for flowers ordered for a coworker. George texted/called me a couple times when he was unable to find the address. He actually walked up to several different homes in hopes of finding my friend. And it finally led to me sharing with him type of vehicle she drove and he found the correct house. I couldn't believe the length he was willing to go to help me. I'm so sorry if any deliveries after mine was a little behind. George restored my faith in custom service. He deserves a free lunch!!

On several occasions over the past five or six years I have ordered flowers from Highland House of Flowers for my mom, on birthdays, anniversaries, and special holidays. She has always been thrilled with the beautiful bouquets, very fresh flowers, and lovely floral designs. This flower shop consistently delivers beautiful fresh flowers. No negatives, all good experiences.

On a few hours notice, House of Flowers came to the rescue to provide flowers for my dad's funeral. Not only did I need flowers, but the flowers needed to have little to no scent. The staff was accommodating, kind, and helpful and my mom was so pleased to be able to have flowers at the funeral after all.
