I've used them several times and they do a good job and work with you to get your project done in a timely manner. I moved to Yucaipa recently and thought I would try to find a closer glass company. After trying to get quotes over the phone, I wasn't getting good service, so I went back to Highland Glass. My phone call with them went smoothly.

they are hardly there to answere phone. armando came and installed 4 glass shelves never came back to add the glass door said he would find me a hinge for glass door told me to call and remind him couldnt get to him gave message to daughterinlaw who finally answered phone he lied he forgot about me and never completed the job I paid $245.00 for glass shelvs too much so my hutch has the side open not satisfied with them at all had to call him to remind him, he had a appt with me changed the time to 5.30 Rose highland

After buying new furniture, we decided to have glass cut for some of the pieces. I made a template of the side tables and took measurements. They were very nice and took time to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted. The glass was ready for pick up the next day and they fit perfectly. They said that they would come and measure furniture if needed. We will be ordering more soon.

Had some vandalism done to our house. Two windows needed to be replaced. Called them and they came out same day. The price was great! They were so nice. Manu I think was his name was so nice and professional. They even vacuumed up all of the broken glass. Highly recommend them for any of your gals repair needs!

I ordered a piece of very basic window glass from a glass shop in Redlands and was initially told it would be ready in about 3 hours. When I didn't hear back from them, I called and was told it wouldn't be ready for three days!

What a great experience with this business. I didn't expect to be able to get a piece of glass cut to size during this tumultuous period, so I was very happy to find out that I could. The young lady behind the counter has been so helpful, and I plan to get all of my glass and mirror here from now on!

This company is great from the price to the service. We need a replacement for our broken patio window. We got 4 different quotes. Highland Glass gave us the best quote. And luckily, our window is a standard size. They was able to fix it in the same day. They even helped us clean up all the debris from the broken window. Very friendly and professional crew.
