Highland Plaza is nice, but going into the Walmart is a avoid at all cost must. It is the most poorly run store I've ever been to. Not Walmarts, STORES period. Million dollar self scanners that I hate and they can't be used. Two cashiers with 10 people in each line no self check out is the norm.
