“Been going here since 2012 and the staff have always been friendly! I've even managed to lose 40lbs from frequenting this place so often.I can't speak on behalf of any programs or facilities other than the gym here, but I certainly have no complaints other than it can be a bit busy in the morning with older folks or parents I'm assuming, so if you're a gym rat, you probably want to try and schedule for the early afternoon to late afternoon to get use out of the machines you want.Though that's no fault of the staff, just a little frustrating when you want to continue ur workout and you see someone just sitting on a machine on their phone for 45 minutes.Overall fairly clean, and its close by if you just moved to Highland (:”
