They lost my preorder. They physically lost the copy of a game I preordered. I drove down there for nothing, only to be told they don’t have the staff to look for it right now and they’ll call me later today when another person comes in. So, now I’m wasting more of my gas and time. I’m willing to bet they gave it to someone else. Thanks, GameStop.

Why have a phone? It's NEVER answered! Not just this location, either. I called the three closest to my home, and not one location answered. Can you believe that? Not one. I thought maybe there's a game that came out I don't know about, and it's super busy, so they can't answer. Not at all, I went into the store to see two employees just chillin' behind the counter talking. Didn't pause to greet me, the only customer in the store. I proceeded to wait at the register for maybe 5 minutes or more until I'm helped. I'm not complaining for 5 mins. I can wait it was just super awkward, and I didn't want to be rude and cut them off, but jeez I'm the only person here and it's not like they didn't see me. It was weird. Not going back.

Drove an hour to get there on 8/5 at 8:15pm and they had already closed. They are suppose to be open until 9pm. Very disappointed!

This location is amazing! We were helped by Glen, and let me just say his customer service is on point! He was so helpful and answered all 100 questions we had and looked up the best deals for us. He was very patient and very professional. This is the type of employee that makes a business recognizable.

Growing up always like GameStop and it seem cool going in and out to get stuff but as time goes on, I noticed that they don’t have a lot of good stuff no more. You’ll be lucky to even find a used game at a good price. I took my Xbox S with brand new controllers and like 3 games and they only game me $55 and after telling me they need to send it to there warehouse they gave me $35. It’s just not the same no more maybe they should start rethinking on the next step.

I was pleased with the customer service. I was buying a remote control for my Xbox and lectra helped me renew my rewards so that I may save big bucks on my purchase. Another satisfied customer. ?

Favorite game stop all the dudes are really helpful !! Come here for all my sons games and mine !! Last week I went for a game and it was closed to to a broke boy robbing the kids who work in the store so I couldn’t get my son the game he wanted, I hope they’d kids who work there are all okay !!

I would have given five stars but I gave one star less becauseI was told the wrong information after returning into the store and asking for the warranty Coverage which was not offered to me at the time of purchaseI walked out and realized it when I got to my car and so i Walked back in and when returning back into the store I was told that it wasn't an option for my device.I saw on the receipt later when I got home that it said COSTUMER REJECTED WARRANTY COVERAGE ,but I actually asked for the warranty coverage.When going in the next day Mark L helped me Out tremendously and provided great customer service made me wanna go back to that gamestop when originally I wasn't planning on going back to that location after fixing this because of what happened the day priorI'm glad there are some workers like Mark L (if he isnt already ast manager or manager he should be ),that do care about customers and are willing to help out he made my day!I will be returning to this loation thanks to him!The workers the night prior were lazy im sorry but he even told me we have an hour to close when i Thought they closed at eight they were closing at nine I was in there around 7:50 and they could have provided better costumer service thats itThank you!

Mark L Provided great customer service !!! but the day before I was lied to about warranty coverage that I wanted to purchase mark helped me Out and was honest?... un like the worker the night before who lied to me because they were too lazy to do their job
