Love the manager there. He is so helpful and so sweet. But he's very professional as far as conduct in the store. Sometimes there are unsavory shoppers there when I'm shopping, but he makes sure that I'm safe and that he watches constantly. Couldn't ask for a better manager or assistant manager. I'm not sure which he is but he's wonderful

First of all let me say this Family Dollar the people are people are wonderful the people that work there have been friendly I moved here two weeks ago and what I've noticed about this place NO LiGHtS have any lights on every time I come over here there's NO LIGHTS IN SAN BERNARDINO IM A BUSINESS THAT CLOSES LATE CAN BE DANGEROUS.

Staff do a good job and they are well stocked but for some reason their machine is down every single day around lunch time. Probably a shortage of staff I'd imagine.
