Took 45 minutes to get my car to the detail area. Cupholders, door panels, center console not even touched. I dont think they vacuumed my seats... just the floor. Spent about 5-10 min detailing it. Left many bugs stuck to the front bumper and grill. I finished it at home. Could have spent 10 bucks at a drive through and ended up with the same or better results. I won't be coming back.

I bought a brand new car under a week and ago and excited for a new wash I came here. I paid an outrageous $40 for a wash with tire shine, then waited just over an hour for my car (30 min) before anyone even touched it, then then I enter my car to immediately notice a scratch on my gushes screen. The person dents any wrongdoing! I’m so upset and now I discovered what happened . These lazy reckless worker carelessly tossed my key on the gauge area and the metal portion of my key chain scratched it. Now I have to each it everyday I turn my car on. This is a bad place to go for all those reasons.

Wish I could give a Zero!
Horrible service and extremely expensive $ 45.00 just for car wash and interior cleaning and way under staffed! When I asked the technician to wipe off the dirt from my trunk and sidestep after having the car washed! Manny, the owner or manager got angry and stated “You didn’t pay for a detail”. I paid $45.00 to have my car cleaned exterior/interior and this guy expects me to drive off when I still see dirt on and in my car. I’m shocked the guy is still in business.with his unprofessional behavior. I will never go back and go else where for my business. OH! I turned my car off and left as instructed. He turned my car on and left it running for about 20 minutes before anyone even stated working on my car. I needed something out of my car and found it running and engine hot! This place is horrible!

I visited Rancho Car Wash for my van, but I was let down by the high prices and unsatisfactory service. Waiting for over 2 hour with just two employees was frustrating. Additionally, they charged an extra $10 for vans. I won't be coming back.

I waited over 1hr and half to get my car washed !!!. One employee said, that other car washers were sent home early to save on money. This simply isnt worth the wait for $ 25.00. The prices have increased also.

So slow. Make sure you have over an hour to wait. Even if there is only one other car. Happens every time i come here. Started going elsewhere but tried it again. Been here 40 minutes with my car just sitting there

It used to be a good place but right now the service is terrible. It takes an hour and a half for car to go through and there were scratches all over my car. I would not recommend anyone go here.Services: Vacuuming

They only have 1 worker vacuuming and one drying and cleaning the inside. They need to hire more workers

Takes forever, and cars are washed out of order of arrival. 90 minutes for a reg wash w tire dressing!

Do not take your vehicle there. They do not do a good job at vacuuming and drying. Lots of water spots.

Really dissatisfied with the service, they barely cleaned the inside, I ended up taking some trash and debris on my own.I didn't know they were under new management and it shows. Had been coming here for years but don't think I will be returning.It took a good while to get my car back. I don't mind waiting if it's busy as long as they give me an accurate estimate, or at least an update, was told it would be 45min-1hr, ended up waiting 2hrs).

Greated upon arrival by Jake. I had a detailed request regarding my vehicle and Jake ensured it would be done. Workers dry and attend to vehicles the moment they come out from wash. Not like other car washes that stack cars in lines and let them sit. This is the ONLY car wash that still runs the old school way. Reasonable prices, great customer service .. I highly recommend.
