I hung one string of $20 lights and now I'm paying over $2000 for not taking them down or attending their board meeting during a pandemic. Rules ok but taking advantage of me is bullying! Who on the board gets that bonus? No empathy from them zero rating from me. Hate the HOA love my home.

The office is unresponsive to guest request,not only mine but many others down the street who have complained of their lack of service to their own community. Needs a new staff or training since it seems they don't care to get back to their community or help solve problems.
