My wife hit something and had some plastic hanging from undercarriage I brought it here on a whim and was very happy with the service they provided. Fixed my problem with out any charge and that it’s self is a rare occurrence nowadays. I will be bringing my other vehicle here for a break change ! Thanks again !

My 2018 Toyota Highlander started having problems not wanting to start after I filled the gas tank, and one of those times I had to call a tow truck and had them tow to this particular shop based on the reviews and the proximity to home. We pulled up close to closing time and Cris came right out, greeted us very friendly and asked us what the problem was. It took them a couple days to try and diagnose the problem and there was just speculation as to what the problem was. We ended up spending $500+ there, but the next time I went to fill up my tank, the same problem happened. I ended up taking my car to the Toyota dealership in Redlands and it turned out to be the battery. Apparently if you have that start/stop feature (which sucks and is very hard on the battery) you need their special $300 battery. So, unfortunately, we waste $500 that could've been in our pocket. I wouldn't have a problem taking my car here if I know exactly what the problem is though. Super friendly customer service, and the communication was great, and that goes a long way with me.

He charged me $45 to plug a hole in my tire knowing that it wasn’t going to hold up. This is the second time I’ve used them. I’m not happy with their service. They are expensive and not reliable or forthcoming about the service. I will not return.

To bad I can’t give less stars. This place is a total scam, and its a shame that’s being endorsed by AAA. I took my car for a Diagnostic not repairs. I was very specific that i wanted a diagnostic since I had already replace Battery, alternator, spark plugs, coils, drive belt, for some unknown reason it kept giving me a warning ⚠️ to run the engine to run my devices. Never had an engine light on. But Roger heard only what he wanted to hear. I left my car and like he said went back in 2 hrs. Just to find out that he had serviced the car without my authorization. Stating that the alternator was bad. Needles to say all the parts that he replaced were removed by my request and replaced my original parts. I requested a copy of the diagnostic and he gave me a very bad copy and covered the alternator diagnostic. on the good side Marcos the mechanic was very polite an apologetic. What Roger’s actions tells me is that he never did the diagnostic I requested. He states that he only did what I told him. Really? The nerve of this guy

Had alternator replaced and charging up battery for $739 ( pretty expensive but whatever we needed the car fixed) Was told on the phone AAA discount is 10%. When picked up the car Roger said no it 's 10% off the part. That is not what said or relayed on the phone. It's not a big money, I don't want to haggle but it's dishonesty that doesn't get people far. Very disappointed.

Very good service staff was friendly and explained everything. My sun roof was stuck open and the got it closed for me until my appointment to fix it.
