Pharmacy takes a long time. There’s never enough staff to take care of the customers . Don’t get your prescriptions filled here.
You’ll wait a long time just to pick up already filled prescriptions.

Horrible experience!! Walked in the store and it felt like an oven. It’s clear that their AC doesn’t work. I’m not even sure how they can have prescriptions in this extreme heat. It’s also unacceptable for their employees to work in such conditions. The temperature is 106 degrees!! This isn’t new either. It’s always hot in this store, but today it was unbearable because of the extreme heat wave. Fix your air conditioning!!!

Transactions should be completed before assisting another customer. The person helping me was trying to multi-task and have an conversation with another customer. My debit card was in the pay device. She would hit a button and the machine would ask a question. She went to the other customer and leave me hanging. I hit the I agree button. Nothing would advance until she hit another button. This occurred several times. Very frustrating. I finally left while she was still talking to that other customer.

The CVS I normally go to for my medications recently closed for good and therefore I opted to try this CVS Pharmacy. I didn't have to wait in line very long and the technician was very friendly helpful. He politely answered my questions. I wanted to make sure that when I changed to this store in my CVS App, that everything went through and that my prescriptions had been filled there. I was relieved that it all worked out.

Had my passport photo taken and printed here after looking for a place that does both. Miriam was very helpful with taking the photo and getting the picture better than uploading a picture from my phone. Got the photos pretty quickly too

Definitely prefer over other pharmacies… never had a problem with them and they are fast.

I've scheduled 4 vaccines online over the last 2 months and had to wait over 30 minutes each time. Why take appointments? There's also an area of the counter indicating VACCINE CHECK-IN, but both times I started there I was completely ignored until I went to stand in the regular line BEHIND 5 other people who arrived after me. Today I arrived on time (again) and same thing. When I finally go to the counter I was told that the pharmacist was at lunch and I'd have to wait another 10-15 minutes (it was over 30 minutes total). Again, why make-believe to accept appointments?!

I had great experience at CVS Pharmacy, all thanks to Ryan's exceptional service. He showed incredible patience during my return process and went the extra mile to help me, even when faced with difficulty. His patient attitude and friendly demeanor made it a delightful visit. Ryan's dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me, and I'll definitely be recommending CVS Pharmacy, thanks to him.

I rarely go into the CVS because they're always shortstaffed and never really have any merchandise. I'm surprised they're still open. However, today was ridiculous. There's one man running the whole floor! The line is backed up machines are failing him and people are complaining, not realizing that it's out of his control. You as a company should be ashamed of yourself because you have this man working alone and no one to back him. Not a manager not anyone! Whether they're on lunch, it doesn't matter because someone should be covering to give back up if needed. Normal stores who give a fuck about their employees, do not operate like this. You guys should be out of business, and that man that's working today around the time of this review, deserves a raise! Shame on you!

After searching the pharmacy area for take home COVID tests, asked an employee where they were. He told me that they were behind the front registers. The front register employee told me that I could not get them at the front register since I wanted to use my insurance. She directed me to the pharmacy line since they were behind the pharmacy counter for those using insurance. The pharmacy employee told me they no longer bill insurance for COVID self tests even though today is the last day insurance companies are required to pay for them. Went to Walgreens across the street and got them billed to my insurance without any problem.

Worst pharmacy. Never have any of the prescriptions order from my doctor. It's always on back order or not sold at the location. I'm always told to go to the Redlands pharmacy. They should close this store down if they never have the medication needed for the consumers. The staff is always rude. (Except the guy that works the front he is actually nice). Don't support this horrible pharmacy.
