The drive through atm is always out of service. It's the only chase in Highland and it is never up and running. You can't go inside because the card scanner to open the doors is always out of service as well.

This bank has not been able to keep their atm working for more than a month. It is an inconvenience and though they are generally nice it leaves a critical service unavailable. I don't know the why but it is not acceptable

service is good when the bank is open. but when they closed they leave the atms locked there's only one atm outside and sometimes it's not working. that's frustrating because you have to go far away from this branch to find another Chase atm
