The walk up ATM is never open and the drive thru only has one station. This is so inconvenient. What are they trying to do? Get rid of customers I think its working were going to a credit union next. Maybe they want our paychecks!

Card reader for lobby ATM is unusable out of posted business hours and there’s always a line for the drive up ATM which may or may not be working. Today’s queue is six cars deep.I would give this location zero stars if possible. Fix your lobby access card reader or add more ATMs outside.

The drive through atm is always out of service. It's the only chase in Highland and it is never up and running. You can't go inside because the card scanner to open the doors is always out of service as well.

The card reader to the lobby never works. Don't understand why they even have one. I see so many people getting out of their car to try it to no avail. Not very convenient. So you have to wait in a long line for the drive-thru

If you need an atm, don't go here. They only have one drive up atm which is out of service 90% of the time. And their card swipe to use the secure atm's in the breezeway doesn't work. So you can't access the atm's inside. This place does not maintain their equipment and is just an inconvenience to their users. Avoid this branch if you can.
