The reason why I give them 1 star rating is because I didn't do anything wrong and one of the manager told me that I am not allowed to be here. Like bro why those people are rude. Yes well I'm guessing a lot of customers don't wanna come here because they're rude and kick people out. I don't recommend people come to this gas station

We stop here for gas and to use the restroom every time we go to and from big bear, which is often. They have a good snack and drink selection and the store and bathrooms are always clean. I usually wouldn't bother writing a review for a gas station but tonight I went in when Wellington was working and I had to leave a note because he is awesome! So friendly, helpful and just kind. Most personable gas station cashier I've met by a long shot, thanks for being so nice Wellington!

I'm writing this review to help you avoid spending your money at this location. I decided to patronize this business in East Highland to get my car washed, and I must declare this place got to be the slowest service ever! On top of the long wait, the manager Jake proceeded to put several cars before me who came after me! Be advised this happened to me multiple times at this location. Some of you may be saying to yourself, why go back? Well, it is under new management, and I thought things would be different, Not! The price to get a car washed is overpriced. Save yourself the time and grief, don't get your car washed here unless you have 3 hrs to spare (time is money). You have been warned!

Screw this place. Got gas then went inside to get an ice cream. Got an ice cream that had a cone, went to unwrap it and the cone was shattered. You cant eat ice cream with a shattered cone. So I show the lady at the counter, she says "no worries throw that away and grab another one". Then some big chick cleaning the street goes out of her way to say "no you can't do that, she has to pay for another one". So I already threw my ice cream away then had to walk away with nothing. What the actual hell. So disappointed, want my 3.29$ back.

All I can say is whatever happened to customer service ... gas stations used to be the epitome of service..who ever the the daytime female manager who was working February 3rd at 10 a.m. most definitely should not be working with the public she is rude and condescending and ridiculous after spending a lot of money filling up my suburban with gas I went to get some water so I grabbed a smart water from a row that is clearly marked buy one get one for a dollar when I go up to the counter I do not get to sell price..... When I brought this up the manager told me the one I grabbed the one that is clearly marked buy one get one for a dollar mind you is not the one that is on sale it's the other one that is on the other side of the refrigerator nowhere near the sign nowhere near the actual rack that is marked by one get one for a dollar I simply say okay I will give these back and buy the ones that are on sale she says no can do no returns!!!! I never left the store I never even picked the water up from the counter after purchasing them I wasn't asking for my money back all I wanted was the ones for the sale price... It was an extremely easy mistaken to make anybody walking into a convenience store to grab water real quick would come to the same conclusion that I did the one that I grabbed was the one on sale...the lady did not care that I spend lots of money at that store she did not care about offending me she did not care about customer service she did not care about losing my business she could care less she was rude and I will absolutely never use that gas station again in fact I probably will never use Chevron again I'm sick and tired of rude people in customer servicethe only good thing about this story is that there is convenience store gas stations on every corner and I don't ever have to walk into that crap hole again and I suggest no one else does

I want to like this place. Good selection. Spacious. Newer. Clean. The homeless problem here is out of control. Just witnessed some fighting next to my gas pump for cans. Some kind of territory dispute. Being approached right up to my car window being asked for change. I've given this place soooo many chances cause it's close to home. I hate aggressively solicited for money when I come here.
