Older Hispanic gentleman accused me of STEALING when my hands never came out of my pockets because it was a very cold morning. Then asked me to see what was in my pockets I showed him a water bottle from the casino he says oh the camera " thought" you put a soda in your pocket! Crazy thing is I'm diabetic I don't even drink soda # 1 RACIST customer service right here

Like this place a lot. Yea some girls have attitude issues but understand it's not easy dealing with all of us rude customers . Food is good nice and hot, coffee always on point. Clean please a little pricey but what isn't now a days ...

I stop by this morning to put gas and I went inside to get snacks and a cheeseburger and some drinks and I ask for the key to use the restroom and I was denied to use the restroom the 2 girls that were there were so rude she screamed out this is not a public restroom I said what do u mean I don't see no sign and she's like I don't need to have a sign go to food 4 less or to the casino I was like why should go to the casino to use the restroom when there's 2 here she's like it's our policy so you can't use i! I was really bothered that I land up not buying anything and just stop somewhere else.

Stopped to get air in my tire was asked did I purchase gas by this Hispanic lady.. So since I didn't buy gas there was told I couldn't get air would have to pay for it.. My tire was at 19psi.. I see why people go off This is the Arco Highland and Day Creek

I went to get gas ask for an application the assistant manager is rude she didn't even know she was talking about me to my husband at the counter while I was outside I don't even know her but my point is how are u even an assistant manager treating people so disrespectful so sad trying to get corporate number she won't give it to me if the assistant manager don't like u you won't be getting no job there

The manager here should be retrain on how to better treat customers. She has no sense of customer service and is very rude. Customers don't come into your services giving you attitude so you shouldn't give demeaning answers when asking questions. Worst Arco we've been to.

Love Arco gas, best prices per gallon. I do not like the different pricing of card vs cash. They are both monies and one shouldn't cost more than the other. You already get me on the fee to use my card, why further penalize me? The cashier was a little grumpy with the customer before me, but with a little smile and kindness shot his way, he was polite with me. No smile or warm fuzzy greeting but that's ok, at least he was not rude to me. Clean inside the store and outside as well.

It's kinda congested & 4 me uh pain in tha azz 2 git 2. If I git gas, it hasta b on tha way back frum sumwhere. It 2 much trouble 2 cross traffic & double back 2 git gas frum there. I'd rather jus go 2 anutha Arco 5 miles away than go there.

I just stop by here put in gas and buy lottery ticket the old lady she is so rude she said she is manager she is bad customer service and she do not feel want to work and trading customer so bad and rude. Bad service management I do not recommend service look like her bad service manager.

I went in to order a coffee and the worker keeps the cup at the register which is fine, but she is not wearing gloves or using sanitizer. After purchasing the cup I was going to make my coffee but all machines were empty.

Worst place ever! Got 2 half gallons of milk for my baby and the dates said 8/7/19 (which is today) opened the milk and it smelt/tasted horrible! Also got a bag of hot fries and they were stale and opened. Tried to go return it and they could "not" do it because they don't "know" how to reverse the transaction. Esparanza did not give me my receipt for my transaction and basically called me a liar when I came in to try and return the stuff. I tried to exchange the stuff since they wouldn't give me and refund but they couldn't even do that. Worst costumer service in the would. I hope they get shut down and all those low lives loose their jobs. Disgusting people.
