AutoZone in Highland is a great, easy place for quick parts and is known for amazing customer service. Employees are genuinely nice, very helpful, and provide great customer service, often going above and beyond. They help customers find needed items like wipers and oil, educate them on products, and even assist with installation. The customer service is consistently described as top notch. Staff members have superb attitudes and are willing to help even when busy. If a product does not work, they quickly and happily provide a refund. The only noted drawback is that sometimes there is no one immediately available at the registers to check customers out, requiring a short wait for assistance. Overall, it is a place where employees deserve a raise and help restore faith in humanity through their service.

Very nice man working named Grayson, was very helpful with finding oil and filters for 2 cars, plus my tow wiring package with the shipping needed for our vacation. Even offered and helped me lug it all to the car since I was carrying my baby. Definitely recommend this location. Thank you for great service!

Amazing customer service. Luis G was very helpful gave great customer service helped me out find what wipers I needed for my car and what type of oil was needed for my car, educated me a little bit on the oils. Love the service there I would most definitely go again employee was genuinely nice.
