Log-in refused for the first time ever although same info - no changes. No errors in input. Attempted to contact Customer Service via phone to resolve. However, the phone system ACU uses continually loops. I would have used the chat feature; however unable to do due so as no access to my account (I went to the branch and Brandi was very helpful). If administration is reviewing this comment, this is the 3rd time over the past year the looping has occurred. I left a comment on Google quite some time ago regarding the looping and the ACU rep responded that the issue was an anomaly. NO IT IS NOT! I have been very happy with ACU over the years, but the Customer Service via phone stinks. My concern is if I am out of town; need to complete a banking action but can't access my account for some unknown reason, and Customer Service is inaccessible... : (

The teller chose to pick me a woman of color to treat like I didn't belong at the credit union most of the time I give my ID and member card and the say they only need ID this teller wanted more information been a member for over 30 yrs won't go back to Boulder Ave microaggressions are real

I use arrowhead as my sister bank so no ATM fees for me :) yay. ATM machines always in good working conditions.

Opening my account was so simple and they had amazing customer service it is a small space but me and my children were made so comfortable
