What is going on with the employees at this gas station? A young Mexican man who barely spoke English ( app 11PM Tuesday March 26) only gave me $60 of the $70 of the gas I paid for. Finally he kept saying “just stick it in” for the remaining $10. I kept trying to reinsert the nozzle back into my car, to no avail. He became very belligerent when I told him that nothing was happening, apparently his English was so poor that he didn’t know how to tell me to put the nozzle back into the machine and start over with s new transaction ( which I figured out myself).

I just went to this arco and some Mexican short little guy was working ( 2/19/24). He was rude as hell bc he didn't know what he was doing. I got gas and have to go back inside 3 times. Why do we have stupid people in these places working when it's the easiest job. He was cursing and if you watch thcameras, you realized he was wrong. Yes I cursed back to him because he was very unprofessional. He need to be fired bc I'm sure I'm not the only one he did this to. It's so simple that my dog can ring up the register. One more thing that was also very weird and unprofessional was that when I went inside to voice my opinion, and this was the fourth time going inside from the pump, he started to curse me out and he turned on the security alarm because he didn't want to hear what I had to say. This caused everyone at the gas station to be on edge. I proceeded to use my card instead and he turned off the #7 pump. That's the perfect way to kill a business. I proceeded to the other gas station to pump my gas. I been to this arco multiple times, but that was my last time going there. Just to let you know that I have tons of friends that go to Yamava to gamble. Thank you so much for looking into the matter.

elizabeth quiros is so rude she has a boyfriend who steals stuff from the store and she be smokin dope on her breaks. she be high and so rude she is so unprofecional and her boyfriend be scopping the place nd stealing stuff how do u think thaz ok as a company how do u hire tweakers as workers

Femaile worker here was extremely unprofessional, used profanity towards me and rude towards me. I didn't get my change back and was actually denied it. I was denied my receipt. I was denied a number to call. I was lied to by the worker as well. Apparently both of the people working said they were managers but neither actually seemed to be. Called corporate after being refused a number to call and told to leave without recieving correct change back or a receipt as I'm sure the lady put it in her pocket. These people apparently cause problems with multiple customers it seems from the comments. Be very careful here and always get a receip!!!! Worst AMPM I've ever been to. Awful & crazy, incompetent lack of customer service.
