My son was racially profiled here. He was getting a drink and put his phone in his pocket. The blonde associate raced over and accused him of stealing. Then he showed her it was his phone and she said sorry.The older man who works there doesn’t understand how the ampm app works and charges us for free items we receive from the app. He racially profiled my children, snatched items out of my son’s hand, and accused my son of stealing cups. I was literally right there and my son had one cup. This is the worst location.

This is an AM PM. But they do not have a bathroom The woman at the counter is totally rude about it. The little girl in front of me wet her pants before we got across the street to the restaurant. VERY RUDE

This AMPM isn't open 24hrs like they claim. I work early mornings sometimes and I need to come here on occasion to buy my lunch for the day. But they're always closed usually around from 230am to 330am. There are no other places where I can get food at that time so this is very inconvenient for me.

12 hours agoNEWI just started going to this location about 4 months ago. After the freeway construction got bad. I spend about 18 bucks every 3 days between gas and snacks for the kids. This will be my last day going to this location all over. 20 cents and an attitude. Yes people .20 cents. I asked for a bag during my transition. Then look up and see.20 cents alone on the key pad as the CSR is taking back my bag. Normally this would be ok. However I just paid the extra. 35 cents for the transition. Well..unfortunately this is most likely a franchisee location not a corporate location so really no point to call and speak with a manager. They just lost 120 a week in sales over .20 cents and a bad attitude.

Went in to get gas and told female worker Donnovy pump 11 she was to busy talking and put my gas in another pump . She claimed she canceled it after she put it on wrong pump but never came out to tell me. When I asked what happened she never apologize ask she said was mistake happen. Very rude worker kept running her mouth claiming she's not perfect maybe next she should listen to customers instead talking to others !!

Typical Arco. Money grab with nothing put back into the facilities. Especially during this pandemic, you would think that sanitation and cleaning of fuel nozzles and islands, trash receptacles would be of paramount concern. Come on guys, a lil cleaning goes a long way. Almost every time there's issues with my atm card and your system. Apple Pay never works either.
