So I had 20 minutes and thought I'd get a drink and pick up my mobile order across the street from mc Donald's but no the cashier took 15 minutes to take care of one customer while the other cashier just watched him figure things out on his own when she could've helped, needless to say I wasted money on a meal from mc Donald's thanks AmPm your customer service us the best, I see why people walk in and just take food and walk out, AmPm you owe Me

When the two young guys are working don't expect any coffee to be made. 7:45 am and every canister is empty.Lots of homeless around too. One guy was sleeping 7 ft from the door.

Michael was absolutely delightful, definitely made the experience well worth it. His charming demeanor when my wife and I walked in, his story of his first time eating a tres leches cake… definitely a warm presence to interact with before going on a road trip. Well worth the trip inside!

I just started going to this location about 4 months ago. After the freeway construction got bad. I spend about 18 bucks every 3 days between gas and snacks for the kids. This will be my last day going to this location all over. 20 cents and an attitude. Yes people .20 cents. I asked for a bag during my transition. Then look up and see.20 cents alone on the key pad as the CSR is taking back my bag. Normally this would be ok. However I just paid the extra. 35 cents for the transition. Well..unfortunately this is most likely a franchisee location not a corporate location so really no point to call and speak with a manager. They just lost 120 a week in sales over .20 cents and a bad attitude.

When going into a gas station after pumping, I typically expect a bathroom to be available, but NOPE, not here. They did the shoddy trick of putting up a "out of order" sign when I know damn when that it just means they didn't want the pesky peasant public folks to use it. This is the biggest problem that I have here. If you don't trust your customers right, you will pay a price. We will never stop here again when there are many other competitors like the Valero across the road or the Chevron nearby with much cleaner and spacious bathrooms. Covid protocols or not, your road trippin' customers have a right to expect a clean bathroom when they pay to use your products and services so ARCO, You SUCK.

The staff at this ampm is very rude. I have medical conditions that at times I am not able to wear a mask. The old Asian man asked me to show him my medical records which is against ADA law. I am filing a complaint with the ADA

I would like to file a complaint again the AM/PM on Baseline (27727) in SanBernardino County (Highland) , Ca.I Paid for gas at AM/PM (01/12/2021 aprox 2:00pm). I Went to car to pump. I Have medical condition. I suddenly Had an urgency to use restroom.I Went back inside to ask to use restroom. Girl inside said no. I told her it was urgent and I had a medical card to legally use the restroom. She said no, she is not allowed to let me.I had an accident. I Had to return to my car. I asked a male employee in the parking lot, if he could pump my gas because I was unable to get out of my car (I have disabled plates and placard). He said he was with another customer. I asked after he helped that customer and he still said no. * ADA law says that if a disabled person needs assistance pumping gas, they are legally required to as long as there is more than one employee there.I had to call my son to come and pump the gas so I could leave. My son went back in to ask them to turn the pump back on. Him and an employee got in an argument because they would not let his handicapped Mother use the restroom when it was apparently an emergency. They would not turn on pump or refund $30 they charged me for the gas I did not receive. I filed a police report for my $30.*I have an Urgent medical Notice Card for restroom use during Covid*I have disabled plates. ADA says all I have to do is ask an employee to pump my gas if unable (as long as there is more than one employee on duty) and they have to pump it.*They are the reason I could not pump my gas*They should have at the very least refunded my moneyInstead they just argued with my son and would not assist in anyway

This Gas Station is completely unmanaged. Every time I go here, at least 1/2 of the pumps aren't working, and the ones that work, won't take a debit card due to some computer error. This can be pretty annoying, at a time where you have to put a mask on to enter a store. I've never seen a gas station that has this many issues, which are neglected on a daily basis. Just go to Valero across the street. They don't seem to have any of these problems.
