Bogus appointment. Made a vaccination appointment only to find out that they had no vaccine [after I arrived]. So made a trip for nothing. DON'T TRUST THE WEBSITE RESERVATION. give them a call or stop in.

Small pharmacy located inside Albertson's grocery store. All pharmacy employees are very friendly and helpful. Came here to get my covid vaccines and it was easy and super convenient.

I called the meat department because I wanted to know if they had an 8hr beef roast and the guy I talked to was rude and shouted "We don't do that here." I don't usually shop for meat at albertsons but after that I know I won't. At least not at this one.

While I've typically had a good experience at this pharmacy in picking up medications for my mother, today was a different experience. The pharmacy technician, Andy, has less than a stellar personality. While she did answer my questions about getting a 90-day supply versus a 30-day supply, I totally understand that it's our issue to speak to the doctor about, the delivery and the manner in which she. It's the way she communicates which probably needs a couple of classes to enhance it a bit. Maybe she's having a bad day, I'm not sure. As far as the pharmacist goes, I had to stand there for about 12 to 15 minutes to wait for her to come up and press three buttons so I could sign for the prescriptions. Totally get it. I understand they have to do that portion of the job. But being in a customer service business, it would always be appropriate to keep the customer up to date on why there's any delays. I had to go over and ask Andy how long she thought that it was going to be before the pharmacist was available. She didn't even look at me and just stated "she's on the phone". I did quietly go back and wait and when the pharmacist finally came over, without saying I'm sorry for any delays or I apologize that you had to wait for a few extra minutes, she just proceeded to say "sign here" And say "you're good to go". That whole process took about 15 seconds. I wouldn't be posting this if they would have just gotten back to me during that 12 to 15 minutes once or twice and have said we're sorry, she's on a phone call and will be with you as quickly as possible.

Worst customer service provided by your meat counter, who made no effort in honoring the advertised specials, so I drove to the Albertsons off of cypress in Redlands and they made my shopping experience so much better I will drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid returning to this store

this store is one of the worst!!! They only let you in one door and it's not the one with carts so you have to walk to the other door that's locked to get a cart then they're having a promotion if you spend $30 you get a Disney toy and if you get a gold one you get a hundred bucks ...I usually enjoy these types of things so I go out of my way to spend $30 and no nothing I got was excluded and it still didn't give me one and all the lady could say is oh I don't know why??? It should have giving you one....oh sorry....better luck next time!!!!! rude whatever happened to customer service??? Stuff like that makes me not want to go there ever again
