My husband is always getting fraud whenever purchasing inside this 7/11 store items so he stopped using card. Beware if you switch in paying cash here, they will throw a huge attitude and snatch your money from your hands because you don’t wanna pay with card. Why should he be forced to pay with card if in fact you keep Doing fraudulent things on his card at YOUR store. Wonder what’s really going on here? There needs to be an investigation.

None of the standards of a Japanese 7-Eleven but it's a very nice 7-Eleven for the area hope they add more fresh hot foods!

I frequent this 7/11. Today I came in and went straight to the bathroom that is open when I come in normally. It was locked so I asked if it needed a key or was there someone in there. The clerk said it was locked and I asked why. He said we close it at night. This is something 7/11’s do all over. Most are closed permanently. Since you don’t want to deal with shoplifters, crackheads and homeless you just close the bathroom. Meanwhile your regular customers pay the price. The clerk inside the store was offended that I asked why it was closed as I told him the frustration he told me I needed to ask him and he can open it. Why would you not do that when I asked about the key? Probably cause he thought I might just be using the bathroom and not buying anything. What’s worse? Letting someone use your bathroom or losing a customer. Doesn’t really matter anyways does it cause nowadays losing a customer doesn’t mean anything. Wish it did.

I bought a Slurpee it was watery.I asked Manager/owner? If it worked? He replaced the box but still wasn't frozen. I showed him. I had some extra straws and stir sticks for this "watery slurpee".Instead of instead of offering me a different slurpee or a refund. He cut in on the extra straws and the Stir sticks and made a huge deal about it! He said you can't have more than one Stir stick and 1 straw. This individual has no concept of customer service none whatsoever! If he is a owner or manager he should not be.!!!¡!!!!!! I do not recommend going to this brand new Seven Eleven because of this individual. The 2 younger employees had no problems. It was just this man because I told him and showed him that his slurpee machine either wasn't working or the box that he replaced it with was not sufficient. Or it wasn't cold enough!

This is my go-to gas station other than ampm not for gas but for their h o r t c h a Slurpees, pizza and cookies my only complaint is they seem to raise the price of the pizza $5.99 to nearly $10
