I had a bad experience today at the checkout. Waited a long time to check out, even finished browsing one magazine to wait and still wasn’t done. Finally one cashier stepped in to help, but he took the person behind me, so I had to wait again to get checked out. When I complained, the manager didn’t even say anything to help! Very disappointed! To add salt to the injury, the lady behind me who just lined up scolded me for being inpatient! I’ll try my best to avoid this store. This store is unorganized and the items aren’t as good as other locations anyway.

I was having S&F app issues and downloading the coupon. They just would not download. The previous checker said it takes time and so I then later I had tried to download the digital coupon at home, and on wifi or over 5G. Still No luck. A few days later I went here for some items and explained my frustration to Denise. She was super friendly and suggested I delete and download the app again. Bingo. Fixed my issue. I wished the other checker was as helpful. Denise is my fav at this location.

Came in clutch, I needed kitty litter like badly and it was just after 9 pm... Everything else within my realistic walking zone was closed at 9.... Dun dun duh duhhhhhhhh!!!! There was smart and final, shining brightly....on the otherwise empty "open now" list of my search results looking for "store, near me" phew....we made it through another day safely....now if I could just get these little itty bittys to actually use the litterbox CORRECTLY, instead of just chowing down on the litter every............oh well that's all a rant for some other place on the internet...HAVE A BLESSED DAY, GOD LOVES YOU. JESUS SAVES. ITS NEVER TOO LATE. Ciao!!!

This Smart & final unlike other Smart & finals in the area are very poorly maintained and understocked.... Every time I shop at this store there's always one or two items they do not have on the shelf I've mentioned this several times every time they ask me at the checkout did you find everything it doesn't matter it looks like they're going out of business......
