Rafael set up a nice atmosphere for this bakery. I’m glad the owner hired him because I wasn’t going to buy anything but the personality here made me buy 2 conchitas !!

The best chocolate concha I’ve had outside of Mexico! I’ve had it twice on different days and it’s consistently good. The cafe de olla cold brew is good too. Not too sweet with nice subtle spices. The gal who works at the cashier is nice too. Good prices.

The vegan chorizo and egg torta is incredible. It's so perfect and tastes just like the non-vegan ones I ate growing up!

HELP SUPPORT LOCALLY-OWNED BUSINESSES – THEY ARE BEING PUSHED OUT! Excellent Latino-owned business struggling to keep up with bills due to gentrification. Great food & prices; friendly and attentive service!

The chilaquiles are perfect for those who can handle the spice, otherwise, I highly recommend the torta. Their pan dulce is also the best.

This spot is a must-go in Highland Park! Their menu is authentically Mexican and so vegan friendly. We ordered the vegan chilaquiles and they were perfectly spicy, and the vegan egg and cheese on top was delicious. The Brewchata (cold brew + horchata) was also amazing. Will be back again soon to try their tamales and aguas frescas! They were so friendly and there’s plenty of seating inside if you want to stay and eat there. Love to support a local Latina-owned business that’s been around for a long time in the neighborhood!

Best pan dulce, and tortas! Coffee is on-point too!I recently tried the milanesas torta for first time and WOW! So yummy, great bread, love the fresh veggies (esp the cabbage crunch) and the milanesa was tender and not greasy. I am hesitant to get tortas bc of their mess and heavy feeling in stomach after, but this rocked. A new fave ❤️

Owned for multiple decades by a family from the Highland Park neighborhood, Delicia's has survived waves of gentrification to provide authentic and delicious food with high quality vegan options as well. Run by some of the nicest people you will ever meet, this is a place you can get a satisfying amount of quality baked goods, tortas and other delights without spending as much as you would at any given gentrifying business on that stretch of Fig. If you're in LA and looking to try a new spot, put Delicia's on your list

Freshly baked Mexican sweet bread isn’t too sweet. It goes perfectly with a latte.

So the torta is just incredible. I got the cubano and bruh, half of it was enough for me. Super good. My bf and I like the torta a lot.We will say that the pan dulce about six months ago was at its peak. Incredible. Soft. Delicious. I’m not sure what happened and then the sweet bread just hasn’t been the same. I eat the vegan version of concha’s because #eggallergy. The vegan options were so soft and great and then after a small hiatus, when the vegan option came back it just wasn’t the same. I was disappointed. I gave it a few tries and we just stopped coming. But today we came back, and the tortas were spot on so good. And the vegan concha was actually softer and not as dense…like, ok, it’s not what it was but, we decided that we will come back.Delicias, thank you for the concha today. I was not disappointed. We will be back.

Update 4/4/23: I wanted to update my review because they have added so many new delicious vegan options! There is still great vegan pan dulce but also now empanadas, tacos, molletes, quesadillas, enchiladas and more. Also they have great coffee with vegan milk options, juices, smoothies and more. It's a great neighborhood spot and not to be missed! Their vegan pan dulce is some of the best pan dulce I've ever had period. They also have amazing vegan chilaquiles, tortas and more. Everything there is amazing! Updated from previous review on 2020-11-06
