Just was intentionally lied to by employee Daniella about AutoZone return policy which I'm familiar with, saying they "don't take returns on open items". When I looked it up online to find that's not the case, she said I could talk to her manager tomorrow, clarifying they actually take returns "on some items when it comes to parts not fitting".

Employee scanned an item and it wasn't what was the shelf price tag said so I went took picture of the tag and the multiple of the same item under the tag
When I came back to the register he was nowhere to be found. 10-15 later I see him helping another client in the parking lot so I asked him what happened with helping me and he said he thought I left( B.S.) then at the end they didn't honor the wrong price tag anyway

I came to this location to buy some stuff for my car. I met this Amazing employee Called Nate L, a Hispanic male probably 23 years old....
Nate had such incredible customer service that I had never seen any place, not just Auto Zone...
He was so humble and smiling as he provided his best of the best to give the Customer Service...
He would come and follow you to any where just to find the thing you were looking for....
Now they say that we can't see the Angels.... Well, Nate L was more than an Angel....
If I was in Authority, I would give Nate a Big check as an Appreciation, or I would take him to a higher level management....
Thank you Nate L..... Many the Lord bless you and your family.....

Excellent customer service. I called ahead to see if they had the wipers I needed and they made sure they had the right ones that worked with my car and set them aside for me. On site, Fabio was super helpful and friendly and even installed the wipers for me!! Highly recommend this place!

These guys are absolutely solid. Had a problem with my car and it would not turn on. I was able the exchange the battery (though the issue was entirely differently but I was not aware of it), and as it was a rainy day and my car was from autozone, they were willing to go the extra mile to protect and help drop off the replacement battery. I will definitely come again, Thank you very much!!!

I went to replace light bulbs for my Subaru Forester and had trouble finding the ones I needed. John, the manager, not only helped me find the correct bulbs, he installed all 6 of them for me! He was courteous, kind, professional and went above and beyond for a customer. Highly recommend!

Fabio is incredibly helpful and generous with his time. He went out of his way to help me with my car and made sure I was all set before leaving. Truly cares about his customers and wants to lend a hand wherever he can. I will definitely be coming to the auto zone again solely because of my experience with him.
