We arrived for a walk in inspection and he was not only able to give me an estimate within seconds of doing the first walk around, but he gave us a VERY reasonable price. Once we saw the results we considered it a bargain price. Not only did he repair the body work but he also agreed to machine polish the car on short notice. “This place is AWESOME! Fix Auto Temple City did an amazing job fixing my 2023 Tesla M3P. Jenny and the people over there are very helpful with every step of the way. I had a minor paint issue on my passenger side door that was not included on the claim and they went ahead and repainted that part for me. My car is basically brand new again. “Cannot give these guys enough stars. I was told it would cost $2700 (scammers) by another shop near here and they charged me here $400. 3 days turnaround. Exceptional service. Good people. The video shows before and after. Not huge dents but enough that the paint crumpled.Paint matching was PERFECT and so was body matching. I hope they get a bigger shop soon. Good guys.”

He kept me updated on my wife's Mazda CX5 that was involved in an accident where someone reversed into her car with a Tommy gate. Caused some serious damage but Carstar worked their magic and repaired the vehicle quickly and correctly.”

“My car had several scrapes and scratches plus a minor dent that I wanted to fix while paying out of pocket. I got estimates both here and at another mostly 5 star (on Yelp) body shop in Burbank. This place quoted me an estimate that was about $4,800 less than the other one! Of course I chose this place, and I was definitely pleased with the work! Raffi and his team did a phenomenal job in both their customer service and the actual work done on the car. He really gave me the best and most reasonable deal that any logical person can ask for with the work that was done. Every scratch, scrape, and dent is gone and my car looks practically new. He even put a little touch-up paint on a nick that wasn't even part of the estimate. I highly recommend this body shop, especially if you're paying out of pocket. I can only hope that insurance companies mostly choose this auto body shop, too.”

“A hit and run left some very minor scratches on my car. My insurance wanted me to determine whether it would be more than my deductible to fix. I walked into Renew and Norik immediately offered to take a look to help with the estimate. He determined that it was indeed minor and, to my surprise, offered to buff/polish it out free of charge. After 20 minutes, the car was like new. I offered to pay at least a tip, but he would not accept. Norik and Renew provided me with a great experience and impeccable results...I told him I would not hesitate to bring my car here in the future and he replied he hopes I never have to. Tl;dr - Highly recommend Renew and Norik!”
