My experience with H&R Block was pleasant, professional and speedy. My only complaint is that they charged me over 330.00 for 20 minutes to do my taxes. It's not complicated. I think If your taxes are complicated, I would understand that fee but not for mine. Makes me consider, I should start to do my own. But Connor was excellent!
