Ever morning I go in for work supplies. The same woman sees me and pretends she doesn’t. I have to ask her, every day, to come ring me up. Also, the prices are never the same from the shelf to the register. Always more at checkout. Very dishonest.

The prices at this Franchise/Location are much higher than other Grocery Outlet locations, and the expiration dates are usually a week or less; sometimes they have expired food on the shelves. Also, not impressed with the selection

The Hidden Valley Lake store is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and they have a good selection of stuff. I like that they post on Facebook about accomplishments or milestones that the employees have.

This particular Grocery Outlet is one of the best I’ve been to. The building is new, big and spacious, and well stocked. Lots of parking spots. Nice little garden center outside. Friendly staff… Checker named May is super friendly.??? I highly recommend a visit if in the area.??

First time at this store location. Found it very pleasing. Well stocked shelves, meat section very nice, stockers helpful. Store was EXTREMELY organized.All associates were pleasant and knowledgeable.
