A Reviewer posted that she was hung up on and talked to very rudely.Trinity....You called a BUSINESS that has BUSINESS HOURS at 9PM! For you to leave a bad review is tasteless, heartless, RUDE and obnoxious!Have some manners and a big dash of couth while your at it!Therefore, I'm giving 5-Stars to SkyHi for dealing with such ignorance.

I tried to call at 9 pm and I was talked to very rudely about how it’s too late and then was hung up on. If the lady was nice about it and said “I’m sorry ma’am, it’s late. could you call me back tomorrow?” I wouldn't have had a problem! I as a customer do not need to be talked rudely to and hung up on. If i’m trying to benefit your business and invest in a puppy, that in my opinion isn’t a cheap puppy, you shouldn’t be so rude! I’m taking my money else where!
