Charge double then everybody else. I was a new truck drive and they took fully advantage of me.. they said that my air needed replacement and told me a new one was put on but later to find out it was the same one.. beware..

Please truck drivers n owners apperator don't come to this place really bad costumer service is very very expensiveOnly for regular oil changes they charge u a lot n other places charge lest money ? they do better complete job on this place charge for everything oil change 1 thing for the other filters they want charge more n grease is more money they charge even when you paid wiht a card $30 dollars more the mechanics damage one hose of the antifreeze I was there n look right away just thinking about if I wasn't there they will try to charging for they mistake to me please truck drivers don't come to this places really bad business for companies I paid for regular oil changes n one filter oil change n 1 diesel all that $702 is really bad ? HOPE THIS HELP YOU LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE NO THIS ONE

Hi I sent my driver to get an annual trailer inspection. Trailer is a 2022 with no problems. So they charge my driver $130 for just a trailer inspection. This is the hesperia location. The price didn’t seem right to me so I called your Fontana location and they said $75. This sounds reasonable. I also called a local business “west coast fleet services” and they quoted me at $45.My question and complaint is how and why is hesperia zippy charging $130 for ONLY a trailer annual inspection? I’d love to hear your response.I will gladly post a picture of my invoice if needed. I will also gladly remove my negative review if you can process a partial refund. As others have mentioned this location is robbery. This is not right. I live local and was planning on being back here often. Need Zippy to correct this issue. Let’s see if you will respond.

I booked an appointment the day before. They did the DOT inspection on my hotshot set up in a quick amount of time and were very thorough. Definitely will be back for my inspections and other services.
