I have been trying to bring my 17-year-old daughter into the Hesperia Branch so that We can create An account for her so that she can start using a debit card and it has been difficult for me to make it to the branch during the week because I work in Los Angeles. So I scheduled a. Appointment for Saturday and the representative who is supposed to be helping me Christian said that he is booked and was not expecting me to open an account for her that takes 45 minute process and recommended that I change the meeting to another day because he can’t ensure that we will walk away Fully satisfied with the experience because it may be rushed. I have been a member with Wells Fargo since the early 90s and has open multiple accounts with all of my children and it seems like things have definitely changed with customer service and after 30 years of being with the same branch, Wells Fargo would not be the top of the list for my recommendations When it comes to customer service.IJS

I made an appt & was alloted 1 hr to open a business acct & apply for a loan. Inadvertently, I went to the wrong branch & called them 3 times to let them know, but they didnt answer. I arrived 15 mins late & advised the lady that I would only open a business acct & do the loan app another day. She refused and said it takes 1 1/2 hrs to open a bus acct. Well, why was my appt for 1 hr then when I set an appt to open new acct & apply for loan???? If you can't open a new acct in 45 mins this isn't the bank for me.

Unfortunately, I have to give us one star Rating period I went to make a withdrawal and the teller and the manager refused to give me my money. The manager's name is David. I will never go to the. Horrible customer service, my money was available, but because it was a large amount. They refused to give me my money and came up with all kinds of excuses ?

After being lied to by The Apple Valley Wells Fargo, we called this branch to have our needs met! Let me just say that Albert is the man you want to see! Super friendly, super helpful, was more than happy and able to assist us. Definitely recommend this guy for all your banking needs!

****PLEASE READ**** After going in yesterday to cash my work check, I left the building with my cash. Nothing was wrong with my check and I cashed it just fine. I deposited some money into my account through the atm outside. Wells Fargo online states they cannot hold cash deposits, my money was available to me however today I have a negative balance of -31.05 when I had over 200$ before I fell asleep, I called customer service and they said because my check was possibly fraudulent. I didn't deposit my check I deposited cash. I had bills to pay today and now I can't have my money until Monday, leaving me with late bill fees, and also possibly overdraft fees from something that wasn't my fault at all. For anyone thinking about opening an account with this wells fargo, go down the street to union Bank instead. This is very upsetting. And the Better Business Bureau will be notified.

This establishment is a hit and miss. I understand they're not able to have all the stations open, but they should have more than one teller available. There was two supervisors on the floor, and only one teller. The line was out the door. If someone is on break or on lunch a supervisors should back up the tellers, not stand around. I have to make merchant deposits, so I have to go inside to the bank.
