After a basic oil change, my car immediately started giving me problems. As like most oil n change locations n Hesperia Automotive. My car broke down after getting an oil change or car repair from at least from five different locations in Hesperia.Them crooks, x-prisoners n cons always attack those that they don’t like by ruining their cars. So to be safe, avoid them active criminals who have hate n criminality disguised across that friendly-innocent looking face. They’re not reformed-at least most of them. They’re still criminals overcharging, stealing from your car or destroying your car.

High mileage oil change, friendly cashier. On the phone they said 3 hours, when inside 2 hours, it took about 1hr and 45 min's. i suggest drive two cars and drop off the one getting worked on so you can still get some stuff done and not sit around getting grumpy about the jumble of employee's or lack of, it just depends on the day but today I walked out happy with no issue's.

My dad comes here all the time for oil changes and tires. This last time was a nightmare for him when he got his oil changed. They failed to replace all of the bolts. Every time he hit about 40mph, the oil cover/skid plate would eventually hit the ground. The only thing noted on his paperwork is that the skid plate was damaged. Very general. Who doesn't have a little damage to their skid plate. Nothing was explained to him that there could be any safety hazard when he picked his car up. We took the car back. They said they secured it, but 3 bolts were missing. This was not noted anywhere when he first picked his car up after the oil change. And, of course, they won't be taking any responsibility for their negligence. Wal-Mart may be in the business of car care. But. Do they really care?

Friendly Staff but not many staff to deal with (2) One inside, one outside. Their approximate timing of vehicle to be completed needs to be heavily evaluated. I was given an estimate of 1 hour and actuality was more like 3 hours. Reason given was that there was only 1 technician, working. It's Friday @3pm, 1 technician? In my opinion, Not appropriately staffed.

They don't even answer the phone. What kind of business serves their customers like this? They don't know how to manage a store. I won't do business here.

Ivan and Chris always greet me with a smile when I roll up, I do it more often than I wish it was necessary, but people like to leave nails and screws on the road. Ivan always does his best to get me checked in and out quickly, and Chris is a wizard with my Fiesta. I'm starting to wonder what it is that he does because my car is always purring like a large cat when i get it back from him . . . She never does that when I get under the hood ?. The manager is an intimidating man at first glance, but i get chill uncle vibes from him when he talks to me. I live 40 minutes away, and I only go to this Auto center. I generally work on my car myself because i have all the tools, but you can't beat that road hazard warranty, and you can't beat the customer service in this auto center. Kaylom(probably butchered the spelling) gets a knod from me.TL-DR: I willingly drive past 4 other walmart locations on my 40-minute drive to get my car serviced here.Im so serious about that review that I put the same on Carfax.

Waited for four hours to get tires mounted, they didn't have balancing weights, and then didn't mount them. Told me I had an oil leak, i didn't. Technician left on lunch and never showed back up and got first world stranded in a lawn chair while we waited. Will never be coming back to this Walmart.

The young man who answered was so nice when I called, he took time to help me figure out times and book an appointment. He was very understanding of my situation.

Beware of buying tires at this location!Scheduled appointment for 7am to have tires installed.Arrived at 6:50am.At 7:30am was informed by a tire centerEmployee that I as in "myself" needed to go to customer pickup at the front of the store and get the tires I purchased from Walmart to the Walmart tire center in a shopping cart. The kid who brought out my tires did suggest that "what most people do is put the tires in the back seat of the car to transport them to the back of the store where the tire center is".Really? Customer's do that?? What a complete jokeNever NEVER! buying tires from Walmart again!Service: Tires

Only one service technician so they started turning away customers at 8am. Appointments didn't allow them to take any walk-ins.

If I could give negative 20 thousand stars I would. My husband came in here to get an oil change early Wednesday August 31sr. The girl (with braces, black hair in a pony tail, about 5'0)who helped him were OBNOXIOUS, rude, disrespectful, zero customer service skills.. As my husband explained what he needs done with his two trucks that he brought in to get oil changes as they are company trucks for our company. These girls were disturbingly rude, he asked for the manager and the manager looked at his watch and walked away. I literally have no words for the amount of disrespect and zero knowledge of customer service. Just because you work at Walmart automotive does not make you as a queen of Hesperia. It makes me feel sad that people like you think it's okay to treat customers like you did to my husband today. I've been in the customer service industry for almost 18 years management, General management and I would never million years treated customer like my husband was treated today. Shame on you and shame on your management. Corporate will be called
