Shot out to Ray the technician he is awesome and the Pharmist they were extremely helpful.They refilled a emergency perscription within 5 minutes. Extremely caring and understanding of a situation. Best customer service. Monica which is a technician always is the kindest worker. Always remembers who you are and always cheerful. Even though they take forever on the phone they are always helpful when you go in. The only downfall is they are not 24hrs anymore.

This farmacy is theeee worst I have ever dealt with !! Has no training unprofessional has people on hold for as long as the please. Have been waiting for 3 days for my prescription to be sent to CVS because they didn't have a professional enough pharmacist to help fill the order.. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Terrible service from the pharmacy, not recommended, they make you wait forever even if you call and they tell you that the prescription is ready in half an hour (which was my case) it arrived 5 hours after calling and I had to wait 1 more hour and it is not the first time that the same situation occurs and they are still bothered if one makes the observation to them, I definitely change pharmacies, I do not recommend this one, I have been with Wallgreens in other cities for years and everything is excellent but I will never return to this one specifically.

Today I went to purchase some allergy medication . after a minute of purchasing this medication I noticed it was the wrong medication. And so I decided to come back 2 exchange for correct medication. The manager gave me bad customer service and denied my right to exchange this medication. She told me to use it or throw it away. She elaborated that this Walgreens does not accept returns or exchanges. Terrible experience

They take forever to answer their phones, and then the prescriptions are not ready at the time they say it will be! On top of that, their pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours, yet they do not tell you, so then you show up for a prescription pickup, and they are closed!! Unprofessional!!

hello, this place has always been amazing with me and their care for people. currently caught another issue where things are updated and some creep disturbed group(s) like usual are messing with tech. if you catch it let them know and update. please show support. especially with current issues. There still operating just fine. Like always a good one. Double check your info with the doctors office too. The more turned in the more they can stop the issues. Normal is fine, but stupid is stupid. - Got to love updates or cleaning. * the more you know. They're a sneaky little thing.

Luis, the pharmacy technician was extremely rude. After so many requests and waiting for over 2 hours, we are still in line waiting while he is taking his time with others that just came in. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude given that we explained him that we were traveling and had 4 young kids sitting in the car.
