The male cashier who was working around 6:00 PM on April 11th exhibited extremely unfriendly behavior. When I asked if there was a charge for shopping bags, he responded with a disdainful expression, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, rather than encountering unnecessary disdain and unfriendliness. I hope you can take customer feelings seriously, provide training for your staff, and ensure that similar situations do not occur again.
I want to express my appreciation for another male staff member at the store! He provided excellent service by being very polite and helpful when asking if I needed assistance. His professionalism and willingness to help left a lasting impression. I hope you continue to maintain this level of service, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience at Walgreens.

On maps it says the pharmacy opens on Saturday & Sunday at 2pm but actually has a sign posted they don't open until 2:15

Overall, this post is just to say that Walgreens stores in general are good stores. They've been around for years because they have a good business going. Some could be very unprofessional because of staff but overall, Walgreens in general is a great business in my opinion.

Don't use the FedEx dropoff at this location. The employee well ignore you, while sitting at the station holding the FedEx scanner, claiming she is "off the clock". Won't go to this location again - for anything.

Helpful workers and the security guards are always doing their job and being welcoming. I would recommend buying something from their store, their prices are really cheap!!

Horrible horrible customer service. I suggest from the most extreme form of insomnia which turns into a snowball and gives me anxiety loss of appetite and bad mood swings. I seen my Dr yesterday and she prescribed me a low dose of Alprazolam to eliminate the anxiety and awful feeling of dread at night which should help me sleep until we figure out a new game plan. Walgreens is making it so difficult to fill my subscription. Its affecting me so much that I cant get a normal 9to 5 since I hardly sleep. Not everyone abuses medication and actually needs meds to live a balanced life. I recommend AM PHARMACY. Very helpful and respectful. Stay away from big chain pharmacies.

This Walgreens is across the street from Rite Aid. I don't recall why I came over here and not Rite Aid because I normally shop at Rite Aid. Maybe they had something on sale that I wanted... that's probably it... just don't remember what it was LOL. My memory isn't as good as it used to be.Anyway, I find Walgreens prices to be a tad higher than Rite Aid. Funny, there seems to be one or the other in the shopping world. Just like Walmart vs Target, Costco vs Sam's Club, Home Depot vs Lowe's, and Rite Aid vs Walgreens... kinda like day vs night, heaven vs earth, etc.If you had a choice, which would you choose? I choose Rite Aid, but if Rite Aid isn't around, then I will fall back on Walgreens. That's how it goes sometimes. Always have a backup. Thanks Walgreens! Happy Shopping! =)

The pharmacy employees are so rude and lazy they said it's illegal for me to take a written prescription. They said it has to be only electricity. They said it's not there job to call the doctor to have them send it electronically. They left me waiting on hold for more them 30 min then when they answered they just hung up. I had to use my husbands to called them just to talk to them. Very poor customer service very useless people.

Worst customer service. The manager was very mean. I heard her talking to a other employee about a customer. Very unprofessional. Will not be shopping there no more..
