This store sucks..... Traded in 2 Samsungs for upgrade. The store didn't check in one of the old phones and now I'm fighting for credit on one line. You can't call the store and corporate can't seem to get it figured out either.I've been happy with Verizon as a whole but this sore sucks....

Shout out to Jeff for saving my rear, I had an issue with a new tablet I bought, 1 hour in the Hesperia rd store 3 hours on the phone, I bring the tablet to Jeff and 10 minutes later he makes the tablet work. I am very grateful for him

Rose is not friendly and not helpful at all, No compassion for someone who just spent $1000 on a phone, She did not care at all. There is always a problem when picking up orders here. No wonder the store is always empty and employees are sitting at the door waiting.

No help what’s so ever. Web site said internet and tv service. 2 workers said we only do cell I responded your website says tv as well he just shrugged his shoulders. This type of service is why I went to T-mobile.

My mom went here last Sunday (11/26/2023) for help on her account and instead of helping, the employees didn't offer any assistance and instead gave her a post it note with a number telling her to call it for help. She said there were 5 people at the store all sitting down that didn't help her. We ended up going to another Verizon store since the number they gave her didn't offer her the assistance she needed. This store couldn't help her, but another store was able to? TERRIBLE customer service and lazy employees

Went in today with my husband, i was transferring my plan from a different carrier to his plan, upgrading my phone, and linking my watch. Kacey helped us today and she was AMAZING, she's very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We spent quite a bit of time with her working through hiccups while transferring my phone over and she just went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If y'all do employee of the month or something, she should be it! We will definitely be using this store as our main location now.

I went in today to get a new phone. My current phone has been acting up in several ways. When they brought out the new phone I was told there is a $35 fall or activation fee that cannot be waved. Then I was told that they are just selling me the phone and I have to do all the set up myself as for switching all my information over via iCloud. First time I was told this. On all the previous iPhones I have purchased the Verizon store I went to did that for me. All they needed was my to put in my password and Apple ID. I left without purchasing anything. I plan to goto another location and have them assist with that.

Ordered my iPhone 14 pro max with customer service. I drive semi. It's easier for me to do stuff over the phone. I was advise to go into the store to finish up my activation and port. I go into the store. I told them the situation. They told me. I can just call different numbers to get that done. If I known that. Why did I waste my time going in the store. I asked them about auto pay and military verification and she just gave me a number. What's the point of shitty customer service. I also asked about my 200 dollar gift card and I have to call back to customer service. Now im out of 200 dollar. One week of using Verizon. I miss my att service.

Going to one of these places is never fun. Unless you are getting a new phone, and even that can be draining. I went in about a month ago to purchase a wireless hotspot. Something that should have taken 20 minutes, but I was in there for well over an hour. The guy I was working with talked me into getting the new plug-in internet( which, by the way, is trash), but it was cheaper, so I went with it. He also started looking at my phone bill and made a recommendation to upgrade to 5G and said we would end up spending less money. He walked me over to a sign which was in Spanish and then tried to explain it to me. I should have known then that something was fishy. Why would you take me to a sign I couldn't read when there was the same sign in English? All in all, when I finished the transaction, I realized I had been misled entirely. Our monthly bill ended up being more expensive, and he said the only way to get the discount was to enroll in autopay which he never disclosed upfront. I would not recommend this store.

Big fire started near my home in the forest on Saturday night, by Sunday afternoon we lost our Wi-Fi, landline phones, cable TVs, and our cell services, (and electricity for several hours.) Being in the midst of a wildfire and having no communication with the outside world made life stressful. Verizon was the very first company to step it up and Monday night they had a temporary portable cell tower in place so that you could drive nearby and get service. The very next day they had a second tower up. I now can use my Iphone at home to make texts and phone calls and even make video calls and do the necessary Internet things like banking and get news. I am a long time Verizon customer and I'm proud that they were quick to act, possibly saving lives. The airplanes and helicopters are still making drops and the fire crews are still battling the flames!

Stay away from the manager Cesar. However, Erma, Tony, or Joe would be better for customer service. Erma was really nice actually! Please read I came in trying to do an exchange (online order from corporate) and was turned away from Cesar. At least Tony and Joe tried to make an effort in helping but Cesar was just rude and dismissive. I picked up the order from Victra, called corporate and they said to return it to a corporate store. Ended up waiting about an hour to close time and nothing was able to be done, Tony got corporate on the phone for me at least... even though the guy from corporate just hung up on me and never called me back. Cesar told corporate he couldn't process the exchange. Again, super dismissive attitude when he realized it wasn't a possible sale. Thank you Tony, Joe and Erma for at least making an effort, the negative rating shouldn't affect these people (and nothing against them) because my negative rating is all based upon my experience with Cesar and corporate. Wasted over an hour and gas money. I've said before I'll say it again, the Verizon's down the hill are way better than the ones up here. I am Not sure why that is or who is in charge of hiring these managers but could maybe do better please ? Thanks ! Let the district managers know or something please. No one else should have to go through these experiences

Ceaser Tony were really rude don't go to that store.they don't like to help people with something you are having trouble with or have no knowledge. of . It if you want to buy something that's only when they are nice . There customers service suck . They need to improve their customers service. He had a face of you are bothering me lady

a Carlos is a great example excellent training of your staff. Carlos went way out of his way to help me understand and correct my issue were probably I would never of gotten that information anywhere else. His personality is fantastic and a credit to your store thank you
