Love the Hesperia UPS store.!!!!! All of the gals there are very knowledgeable and super fun to deal with. Give them all a pay raise for their hard work…. Whoop, whoop!!!!

Overall all the employees are nice and helpful. But…Sarah….she’s sooooo helpful and never acts like she’s “put out” She takes the time to find an address or info I might not have with me even if there’s a line and she never acts flabbergasted. I really appreciate her!

It was my first time mailing something out from the #6396 Hesperia UPS store. Arlene was absolutely friendly and she went out of her way to make my experience easier and affordable. I truly appreciated her help and kindness. Will definitely come back to this store to mail out my packages.

This store is a joke. How are you going to be a UPS store and decline taking packages because they are to big. I was told they would not take my package because it will not fit in the pickup carriers car because she has a little car. So if you have to ship anything bigger than a small toaster oven don't bother coming here it will be a waste of your time. Oh and they waited until I used their email service to print out the label before the told me the package was to big and I had taken the package in with me so they knew before hand and said nothing.

The worst place to make shipments, I tried to send a small package to Mexico, the girl and the lady didn't know how to fill out the form on the cashier's screen. At the end, they told me that I had to go to Victorville, at UPS, I went and told them that they had sent me. from the Hesperia store and they told me it was closed, which they already knew, they couldn't explain why they sent me there, a whole mess for nothing and a waste of time, the cashier's name is Sarah L.

The workers here are unbelievably slow. There’s usually a line out the door or wrapped around inside the store. I come here to do my Amazon returns every so often and I get frustrated with how the employees treat customers.
Just today- the elderly lady in front of me was getting taken advantage of trying to mail a birthday card. They kept telling her a stamp for her card was $8 because ‘it’s a forever stamp’ the poor lady was so flustered and rightly upset. She decided to go to the post office to mail her card.
