Update, people working for them are thieves, shows package delivered in the box , I checked the box as soon as driver left and it is not in the box.
They lost 2 of my packages for Christmas worth at $750 . Worst government delivery system. For the $ they are making they should be thankful for us that uses them ,so I'll be using FedEx from now on .

Our mail is not being picked up. This is a continuous issue. I've called and called and Noone answers the phone. Very bad bad customer service.

If I could provide a double negative set of stars, I would! This post office is absolutely HORRIBLE! They have horrendous customer service. I was forced to wait to address my complaint and concerns to a manager that NEVER came to the front desk. There were 3 clerks at the counter when I arrived around 2pm and then 2 walked away (this includes 1 that was helping me) leaving the only black man at the counter to deal with me and the long line of nearby residents. To the clerk that began to help me, walked away only to return over 30 minutes later, your service skills are trash! To the manager that never showed up, SHAME ON YOU! You’d be fired if I had anything to do with your employment. To the Latina who went out of her was to assist me, thank you for listening but your coworkers, mail couriers, and managers must do better. This is a government entity that should be operating in a more responsible and efficient manner. And reassign my current courier because he’s a nincompoop!!!! Yes! I said it!

We went to apply for our 3 kids passports and LINDA was amazing from start to finish. She made the process super easy and even had coloring pages to keep our kids busy and happy. Best service ever!

I feel like if the people who work for this post office dislike their job so much go find another job. I can't believe the disrespect the delivery drivers have for other people's property. Received a package today with a huge hole in it as if someone punched a hole in it. On top of that the driver drove up next to my fence, did not even get out of the vehicle and tossed the package over the fence. For all of you who treat people's property with such disrespect I hope karma falls swiftly upon you.

Customer service at this post office has not been acceptable. A package was lost, and the staff seemed uncooperative in tracking it down. The supervisor was unhelpful and disinterested in resolving the issue.

I don't know how this post office gets any positive reviews. It must be friends of these employees because this place has got to the worst Post office in the country. The employees are arrogant, incompetent and lazy. They all need to be fired and replaced with people that actually want to work for their money. I just can't understand how they keep getting away with it.
