I’ve been to a few Ulta stores and this one has been the best one for me. As soon as u walk in it smells so good and it just looks so bright and clean. As soon as u walk in the cashiers and the employees on the floor greet you in. Very welcoming. I had a few questions about products and Becca helped me with what I was looking for so I can get out quickly. Thank you. The staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Leanna helped me find my perfect foundation and even gave tips on how to prep my skin so my makeup will last all day.Only thing I can complain about is the store is so hot !!! It’s been dropping to the 30s outside and as soon as u walk in u feel the heat hit u, the makeup I was wearing was melting off . I had to take my jacket off cause it was so hot. Apparently this has been a problem for a few weeks now. Hope they fix this problem. It made me have to leave sooner than I wanted to.

Ashley, manger very rudely closed the door and locked the store in our face at 5:50 making sure we didn't walk in because the store closed at 6:00. We waited till someone came out to go in and she rolled her eyes and told security to say they are closed. Horrible service had so much attitude and asked what we are buying to make sure it wouldn't take long don't recommend this ulta at all.

Service was amazing, store was kinda busy my I was still attended to. The lady who helped me was very nice. She went to the back and brought out the product that I needed. Which I really appreciate.

I luv coming to this Ulta! The store is always clean and the associates are very helpful and friendly. The times I have gone in to get color matched for foundation, concealer, and recommendations for certain makeup I have had a great experience with the beauty associate Claire! Always a great experience at this Ulta.

The manager short white lady is sooooo rude worked on 9/14 at 8pm! I don't work here to know how tour app works I processed and online order because prices were cheaper then we wanted to exchange for different color said we have to come back until tomorrow to process and exchange. Would of just been nicer to take care of your customer and price match the one item. You guys clearly didn't want to do it because you guys have priced matched in the past .

It's makeup and skin care! Nice people. Would give a 5 star if employee didn't over sell me on a substitute product that cost me triple from what I normally get. Had no clue it would be that much until after the bill was rung up.

I love Ulta, but some of the female employees at my location have a grudge against something. I didn't get asked if I needed help by then but the 2 male employees immediately came to my rescue and got me a very high quality product within my budget! Thanks guys!

I was treated so poorly today in front of customers, security and other ultimate staff by Rebecca, the manager. When I walked in, I have to admit that she did look unapproachable, but not following my first mind, I approached her anyway because I needed assistance. I explained to her that I came in today for three things and the first thing was I was trying to correct my points and that I spoke to customer service twice today, and they requested that I go into the store to show ID and to make sure that my information in the system was accurate and updated. Rebecca was so rude to me for no reason. She was very sharp and abrasive. She kept cutting me off throughout our interaction. I asked her several times how can I get the situation fixed because customer service sent me here and now I'm finding out that nothing can be done in store so im stuck with no answers how to fix the situation. I asked if we could call customer service together to see if we could get the correct answers. She told me "you can call them" Rebecca spent several minutes being nasty to me and embarrassed me in front of other customers, staff and the security guard like this behavior was normal. Stating that there's nothing that we can do in the store and I'm the manager. I remained calm and I responded back to her that I understood that she was the manager and I needed her help. I explained to her that I have spent thousands of dollars this year alone on my Ulta Credit Card and I was just trying to correct my points. I also stated that I understood that there was nothing that she could do in the store but could she assist me with a way to fix this situation? After several minutes of being spoken to so unprofessional, I said to her, as the manager, you should never speak to customers like this. She reiterated. " I'm trying to tell you what to do because I can't do anything in the store. So call customer service and let them know that I'm the manager and I'm telling you that I can't change anything in the store." She offered no solution and told me to have a good day and walk away from me. There was nothing I did to provoke or warrant this type of behavior but walk in the store. I was approached her very pleasant with a smile and spoke to her very kind and professional and I pleaded with her at some point can she please assist me with this and could i just to get assistance on how I could fix this situation even though it cannot be done in the store. This so sucks because I have never received this type of service at any Ulta location...now I have to go to Apple Valley or down the hill when this one is so close to me. FYI, i did call customer service while I was in the store and still never received any answers. Although the gentleman did tell me they would look into it. So sad. I am not going to let this go, I will be calling the corporate office. I would like to speak to a district manager or somebody. I would like for someone to run the cameras back just to see the interaction. This behavior is never ok.

I went in to buy a few things and when I got to the register, the cashier Rebecca was soooo rude. she was not paying attention and was constantly talking to every other person around her besides me so when I stopped saying the phone number she said "keep going, I heard you" like girl huh?? You're literally not even paying attention. And then she got the number wrong lmao.. so I repeated it again and she scanned my stuff and didn't say a word to me after nor to even have a good day like how other cashiers usually do. And my friend who went next noticed how rude that cashier was to me.. she needs to learn to not talk to people like their stupid, especially when she was the one not paying attention to the paying customer ..

I usually love going to Ulta beauty stores, I am always greeted and asked if I need assistance. Sadly the Ulta location on Main Street next to Target is a whole different vibe. There were plenty of staff but not once did anyone offer assistance. The store was dirty, used tissues on displays and no upkeep of the sanitizing stations. At the register no hello or a thank you, no acknowledgment. Left a bad impression, will go to the bear valley location instead. Management need to retrain or hire people with better customer service skills.
