I would not recommend these people I took my 95 Silverado for an alignment half way thru the precidure they needed a special tool they could get it and if I could bring the truck back when the tool was available they would finish the alignment with no additional charges when I called back to make an appointment and if the tool they needed was available the advised me that there would be an additional $250.00 dollar labor charge on top of the $129.00 dollars they charged me for the alignment that was never completed the serviceman Gustavo told me he could do the alignment on the side at his house in his off time I should have known then something was fishy my wife and I plan on reporting to the BBB

From the very first call to the moment the work was completed, we were given friendly service. We were escorted to the back to see for ourselves what was needed. We didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of our pressured into anything. Thank you Memo, Adrian and who ever was the gentleman that did the work on our vehicle on 8/12/24. We will most definitely be bringing our vehicle back next time any work is needed. Thank you all for such wonderful speedy service

Awesome service at this store , very happy with my tires and service. The found some items that needed service but due to my budget I couldn’t get them done in this visit and they were so cool when I turned down the suggested services, it’s very refreshing to come to a place that makes you feel comfortable and don’t lie to pressure you into a sell .
And for that they have earned my business and I now take all 3 of my cars for service here as they also have a very quick oil change and the offer tire rotation for free with the service.

Awesome service! Tony was super patient with me as we dealt with the car warranty program to get my repairs covered. Over the span of four days, Tony kept me informed on the status of my car. When I became impatient with the car warranty company, and wanted to pay out of pocket, Tony gave me sound advice on the benefits of going through the warranty program. All in all, completely satisfied with my experience at BIG Brand! Would recommend and return!

Came here 15 minutes before closing for a flat tire and they couldn't help me. Sent me down the street on the flat. Bad service overall, I even bought my tires from here....

They where great took car of an issue I been having for 3 weeks dealing with American depot they didn't want to work on my car kept giving me stupid excuse so I went to big brand tires was able to get the job done the same day and it didn't take long
