They gave me someone else's medicine. So, mistakes can happen. Then, I went in to get a flu shot and encountered a rude woman who made a derogatory comment about me when I turned around and she thought I didn't hear her, I guess. So, I switched pharmacies. They really don't need my business, they are always in a rush when answering the phone, so they are busy enough without me. I found my experience here disappointing, but people are the way they are.

They gave me someone else's prescription.They are too careless for my liking, not one person in there is wearing mask during the pandemic. Granted, they have plexi-glass up, but that doesn't help any if you are there to get a flu shot.But the worst thing of all, is making a snide comment about a customer when she turns to walk away and you think she can't hear you.

We went to the Medicine Shoppe today to get my husband a prescription. We went to three other pharmacies who did not carry his medicine. The Medicine Shoppe was very nice and they did carry the medicine for him. That is now our new pharmacy it's located on Main Street in Hesperia . The staff there was very courteous and nice and helpful. I recommend them 100%.

For a small pharmacy this place is great.I get texts when my medication is ready, they have super easy refill requests, it's always a fast in and out, even when dropping off a new prescription it's never an hour or longer wait like most other places. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I've never had to try and flag someone down when first walking in.My only complaint is the hours.. working down the hill means I'm gone when they're open so I can only go in on the weekends which gives me Saturday only since they're closed Sunday. Maybe if they had one day a week to open early or stay open later...Even without the technology convenience of seeing the status of your medication online this place is still levels above the rest.

This shop is the best. The owner is a real business person that has customer service 1st above all They deliver free and also give you free Vitamins if you request them.

Absolutely the best pharmacy anywhere. Sam the pharmacist takes his time with you and treats patients with great respect and kindness. He and all the staff are TERRIFIC and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. And there's barely any wait for your prescriptions to be filled. They even have home delivery. I will never go back to using a big pharmacy. The Walgreens and RiteAids out there are the worst pharmacies ever and should take a lesson from The Medicine Shoppe in Hesperia... but they never will. All those other guys are only good for photos and ice cream.

This is the BEST Pharmacy in the High Desert, I have NEVER been to a Pharmacy where they actually CARE about your time and knowledge of the Medications are TOP NOTCH... the PHARMACIST and STAFF are KIND and COURTEOUS. No more waiting all DAY or being told we're out. Always a PLEASURE ( never thought I would say that about a Pharmacy ) and a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
