Always a great experience here at this paint and body! Had a couple vehicles repaired here and all I can say is they do great work. Bill is the man. Such great customer service. He makes sure your vehicle will get done right and in a timely manner. Just had my 2021 Silverado fixed and looks factory. Highly recommend.

Bill is great! He works really hard to make sure everything’s in good working order. He is very knowledgeable. I’ve used this shop 3 different times for my Nissan titan and I highly trust bill. He will look into anything and everything to make sure your truck / car is returned fixed and brand new like the damage never happened. You can trust the work at sunset auto body and paint !

Terry and his guys run a beautiful operation and have some of the highest quality paint jobs we've seen. Their service is very personal, and the workmanship is second to none. Sunset is where we send all of our customers, and will always be the place we go to when we are in need of paint or collision services. Photo is of our Ram - all of the chrome was painted to color match.

If I could give a worse review I would! I had the most HORRIBLE experience you could imagine!! We took our truck there and they said it would be done after 1 month. 3 months later we finally got our truck back. One day they said oh your truck is done, we get there and the bed of the truck is still off and they dented it and tried to deny it then when we turned the truck on it threw a bunch of codes they were not going to fix! They broke my Nuna car seat and were not going to fix it in fact tried to deny that as well even though he dropped it right in front of me!! They say multiple time they promise to call me back when I asked a question and they never did! We finally get the truck back three months later and there are sooo many things wrong with it still! The truck was debadged when we never requested that, the subwoofer was disconnected, seat belts still stuck under the seats, very expensive sunglasses thrown on the floor are now scratched, also a nice jacket was thrown in the bed of the truck and sat there all three months in the rain and weather and they even painted it when painting the bed! There was silicone all over the side of the truck, truck bed and front bumper were not aliened at all! Terry was very disrespectful to my boyfriend! I can not say enough bad things about this company!!! They made me so furious! We got the truck back about 4 months ago and we are still finding things that they did wrong to the truck!! The badges are now falling off the truck! Please please please I advise you do not go to them!! Save yourself the headache! I literally have NOTHING good to say about them!!!!!

I absolutely loved the service provided! Bill and Terry were both extremely helpful. I had my lift-gate replaced and they did so in only 3 days! The service was wonderful! I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Got into an accident with over 9,000.00 in damage done to the front end of my baby, I was so worried being a single momma how long I’d be without my car and no rental, I told Terry (the owner) my situation and he got me my 2017 Kia Forte fixed and painted like new in 8 days!! He was a pleasure to work with, so kind! This is also a family owned business so I was happy to take my car somewhere to support our local businesses! Hopefully I won’t need more work done anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be coming back to Sunset body & Paint.

I just want to express how THANKFUL I am to have met Rudolpho (who was extremely nice!) and TERRY, the owner of this shop. I came to this shop after being completely blown off by C.A.R.S. in Hesperia. After that fiasco, I was left really untrusting of any business mans word. What a blessing in disguise! I was wanting to swap out all my blue decals for pink. Terry was so understanding to my worries and concerns! He took the time to reassure my concerns and helped me regain the trust I wanted to feel. Every word HE SAID...HE KEPT... My out come was even better than I dreamed! He matched my graphic swatch so perfect!!! He painted my 2 front hooks, 1 back hook, 2 JEEP decals and 1 4XE decal. IT LOOKS SOOOOO AWESOME, I TOTALLY LOVE HOW MY JEEP LOOKS NOW!!! I can't stop SMILING NOW when I see how PRETTY MY JEEP LOOKS! THANK YOU TERRY for your understanding, caring about my feelings and giving me everything you promised!!! You're the BEST!

Dropped my truck off for inspection. They took pictures of my entire vehicle when I dropped it off, when my vehicle was done I went and picked it up and left my other car in there parking lot. Took my vehicle i just picked up and went straight to the car wash and washed it and noticed I was missing my American flag custom license plate. The license plate was gone and the screws were reinstalled. When I got a ride the same day and went to pick up my car I left in there parking lot I let them know my license plate was removed and no longer on my truck. Had them pull up the pictures they took when I dropped it off and verified the license plate was on the vehicle when I dropped it off and left. They refused to check there cameras when I picked up the vehicle and look to see it was gona when I picked it up. The manager told me all my guys that work here are Mexican and don’t like America so they would not take it or be interested in USA license plate. After that comment he then blamed me and said you must have lost it after you picked it up. Moral of the story, don’t take your vehicle to these thief’s unless you want your personal property stolen and that also don’t appreciate living in America.
