It wasn't the only store in town I was chopped someplace else this stater Brothers in my opinion takes advantage of the community because it's the only grocery store in Phelan California we need a second grocery store because for one the community is getting larger and the price gouging at stater Brothers and taking advantage of the customers the employees don't really care if they're outside or inside they always on the phone except for maybe three cashiers management is sucks you try to get a manager it takes forever and when they do show up they have an attitude oh why me I have to work and then they try to blame the problem or the situation on the customer we need like another store like food 4 less Northgate

LOVE THE STAFF, always very helpful and will put a smile on your face. Much better than the Victorville location.

This store is slow in customer service, and does not care if goods are damaged. I grabbed goods that were clearly opened already and was asked to pay full price on multiple occasions. Their staff needs to be better at pulling damaged goods if they aren’t willing to discount t what the customer finds.

horrible experience here! first there were not enough open lanes, there was an issues with my receipt they called for help and the manager took forever to come, when she FINALLY came she was very rude and disrespectful border line racist, she acted as if it’s my fault they made mistake! she is so unprofessional zero customer service! she shouldn’t be in management!

Great service, store always clean and organized, early mornings it's a bit messy but the great employees have to stock the shelves. Update 03/18/24 Wow they have 2 security guards now that's not a good sign. Times have changed...
